If you enjoy buying food and actually eating it, don't come here. Literally took one bite of my food (not even 2 minutes after getting it) and spit it right back out. I love panda express but this was the worst orange chicken and fried rice, if not the worst meal in general, I've ever had. My husband's food wasn't any good either. It was just completely flavorless, I felt like I had covid again (I tasted the lunch I made at home so I know that's not it!). I went up to just get my money back for my food because my husband said he would still eat it because he was super hungry and they said they don't do refunds in the store. I asked to speak to a manager because maybe they could give me a gift card to spend at another panda (lord knows I'm never coming back to this one) and they said there was no manager and to call customer service. That was another whole battle. Also, my husband asked how long for the teriyaki chicken because they were out, she said 25-30 minutes so he just got something else. Not even 10 minutes late it was done, he would have waited for what he wanted if he would have known it wasn't going to take half an hour (granted it probably would have tasted terrible too). The only good thing about the meal was the soda. I literally threw away my entire bowl because it was that repulsive. I will say we didn't have to wait long for someone to wait on us and the bathrooms were clean.Update: I have yet to hear back from the customer service center I emailed. As much as I love a good panda express, I can't in good conscience give a company like this anymore of my money.

Around 4:30 in the afternoon, we arrived at the Panda Express. After going through the drive-through lane, we were informed that the only accepted form of payment was cash, and if we did not have any, we would need to come inside to place our order.Once we were inside, we discovered that the location was dirty and unpleasant. After what seemed like an eternity, we were finally able to approach the counter, where we were informed that they were out of half of the menu's items, including white rice. When we requested to speak to the manager, we were informed that the person with whom we were currently speaking was the person "in charge", and they refused to allow us speak to anybody else or confirm if they were a manager. When we questioned them about the menu items and what was going on, they said that the previous shift had not cooked enough food.

Today I went around 4:00pm to buy a family pack and the crew was awesome! They were all with smiles, cooperatively team, fast service and respectful. This new team has a great future. I hope they stay. We need this new responsible, respectful and friendly generation for our community.

Food portion was so small it was barely filled with fried rice and I got 4 pieces of the wok fired shrimp (which is an upgrade). Food was good but smallest portion I have received here.

Came inside and was the only one in line. Ordered a family pack: they were out of teriyaki chicken, and didn't have many of the entrees typical of the Panda Express. Was told it would be 20 minutes to wait for vegetables, and 10 for orange chicken. I agreed to wait, after all, I'm at their mercy since I needed some Asian cuisine. ?Only 1 cook was cooking, and that could be a huge problem given the popularity of this place and the prime location. The drive thru girl, (Kaley?) started dishing up my order. This makes me wonder what the other 5 servers are doing with their time. One was sitting in a corner behind the counter - maybe on break? The drive thru girl ?? also happened to be coming back in when I left and she held the door for me. She and the cook get kudos??. Having two cooks on hand would definitely help. The drive through was obviously busy, and several others came in behind me including a large family. ?The food was the lowest quality I've had from a Panda Express. ? We only started eating there back home about 2 months ago and it's our favorite place. THIS location can not stay in business like this. Half cooked vegetables, yet rice that had been sitting around for a long time? How can this be? Told they don't have chop sticks ??, got home there was no soy sauce in the bag! Ahh... that's a tough one to believe, but there it is: no soy sauce.Consider that the Chick-fil-A next door is a top rated restaurant (4.5 stars at the time of this post) and the WaWa next to that was so good we ate there twice in one day. I'll not be returning to this ? location in the future. Owner needs to take control of this unnecessary situation.

Drive through order 2:12 PM Tuesday 3/15/2022 Order 422906 #3418. No mushroom chicken, No rice - had to wait 10min for rice, no plum sauce and no chopsticks. Rice was mushy.

They are fast im service and they are clean. The cooks and servers have gloves and mask. Will come again!

It's OK food..always long lines. They clean the soda machine before they close so pretty much you have to ask them ???

After waiting in line I am still out front it’s been 36 minutes not the 10 they promised! Was so excited for a Panda Express but I will drive to the one on 192! This was there second chance - first time large boxes were only half full! And egg rolls soggy! Strike out gave you second chance! Corporate should know

For my experience great food quality, nd the service from the workers is phenomenal no complaints from me
