Walked in and promptly greeted and seated. Was very stuffy temp wise. Had to ask for a server after 10 minutes. Server seemed let’s than thrilled to serve us and just was not connected. Was impressed he didn’t have to write one thing down. Ordered flatbreads, cheese was setting up so a bit cooled, salads were warm, dressing and condiments I had to wait for and then get up to find a server to get me some. Steven was more than happy to help me and greeted me with a smile. Would not let me carry items to table insisted to help. Once we began to eat we needed napkins and again had to go get those. My sons dish was ok.

Great experience.  Good parking.  Nice clean restaurant.   Prompt service.  Our waitress was awesome.  Got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer.   They were ok, the marina was nice and warm.  I got the que burger and it was delicious with sweet potato fries that hip this cinnamon butter like dipping spread.  The burger was so juicy and flavorful.  For desert tried the oreo heath bar ice cream cake and that was delicious.   Compliments to their chef.

This is a very busy restaurant and bar. the Bartenders were amazing. if you are with a large group I advise to split up and your wait for a table will be less. our family liked it so much we went back twice

Gotta say pleasantly thoroughly surprised at this place. The service was a bit slow but was kept informed. The steaks were good and priced fairly. Cajun pasta was good as was the chicken blt sandwich. Ample parking. Good vibes. For a chain I was thoroughly impressed.

Absolutely outstanding again from start to finish they couldn't seat us straight away so 45mins soon passed with having a drink outside from the bar very friendly girl serving on the bar very knowledgeable about the massive range of beers they serve then once seated the waitresses was very polite never tried to rush us was just so pleasant its a privilege to be treated & served by someone that takes pride in her job. The food was outstanding we always eat in this chain of restaurants & always will in the future every meal was perfectly cooked & at very very reasonable priced this is worth a visit. You got alot more Mozzarella sticks than that but couldn't wait to get tucked into them

I normally enjoy going to my local Ale House at Champions Gate however I had a bad take out experience. I had a long day and did not feel like cooking so I called Ale House to order my favorite Zinger Salad, when I got home anxious and excited to eat I then opened my salad and it was the wrong Salad. I got the Zingers but the whole sale was incorrect. It was the Cobb salad . I am not a fan of egg or bleau cheese but I was so hungry that I decided to give it a try and NO, it was disgusting. I was starving. But I am aware accidents do happen so as I called to explain how my order was incorrect I was on hold and then disconnected after waiting for 5 minutes to speak to a manager. This happened (4x). I was fed up and super hungry so I just ate the Zingers and left the salad. I’m very disappointed and will rethink where I will order from next time I decide to do take out.

Great food, the food service was slow but Jose our waiter kept us updated and apologised. The restaurant was busy so this was understandable. The restaurant temperature was a bit on the hot side and the lighting in the booths could be brighter other than that it was a good experience.

We didn’t book in advance so had a drink on the terrace before. Decent priced pitchers, although a little flat. Food and service good, great atmosphere

We ordered starters (appetisers for my American ?? buddies and buddetts) with beers and cocktails, thinking we would then order mains (entrées) later on. Wow the portions were great, we had calamari, tex mex nachos and pork potstickers ?, all were cooked nicely and were very tasty. Our waitress was friendly, not pushy, allowing us time to choose, drink and finish our drinks. Because we were on holiday from the uk, I wanted to try some craft beers, but didn’t know what to choose. I asked our waitress to ‘surprise’ me and she brought four different types of beer, to be honest one’s I wouldn’t have chosen what she gave me but was pleasantly surprised with three of the four and I was really happy. We then decided to order our mains to go as we had been out all day and we’re feeling tired. We ordered a couple of prime burgers with loaded fries and zinger Mac & cheese, unfortunately the fries were just plain, not loaded, the food was tasty, but would have probably been better eaten at the restaurant. Service 9/10 Restaurant food 9/10 Takeout 6/10

We’ve been coming here a year now. It had gone downhill. We come in two or three times a week and sit at the bar. As far as we know we are relatively pleasant clients and tip 20% regularly.Lately we feel like we are not welcomed. We used to really enjoy being “part of the locals” but wow we feel like we are absolutely not welcomed and no chit chat please. I’m pretty sure we’re the same…We inquired about having a reception there and were ignored. We didn’t worry about that.We supported them through when the roach went over our food. But when you look uncomfortable when we come in when we’re not rude, mean, or anything other than generally friendly? Ouch.Original review below- it was at the time very true. Most know that orlando is in the middle of a hiring band hospitality crisis as far as hiring and retaining quality staff. We are here right now and they are short staffed.However.This is important. The staff who are here are extremely qualified and quality.Come and enjoy.
