If the store managers cared they'd read these reviews and make some changes.Ordered chicken nuggets and they forget the sauce. I go back inside to get some sauce they forgot and witness the employees reheating fries and nuggets in the grease bath. They may as well reuse the toilet paper while they're at it.
Bad food and service all the time and the line worse. Always missing food or drinks. Tonight waiting long time the order wrong missing food plus my chicken deluxe burn.
Awful. Just awful. The workers were all young kids that had zero clue what they were doing. We ended up leaving with no food after 20 minutes. Jose was the manager and had zero customer service skills. They weren't taking cards. The cash reader was down for days apparently so cash only. There was angry customers at the front counter and a line of about 12 cars . They were just a complete mess. It was a sunday at 7:30. There was teens working and cursing. No respect. Another teenager with his pants all the way down below his butt. They were just chatting away. Just nasty !!!!!
Previously, I gave this place high marks as I had good experience there. As of late, though, service has been lackluster at best. Many times, the tables are dirty, and there is food left over the night before on the floor, and someitmes the tables are not cleaned from the night before. As of the past week or so, cleaning has been better, but service is very hit and miss. Today was the final straw though. Ordered our food on the app while sitting at our table, like we do every day. We wait and wait and wait, and nothing. So, I finally get up to find that the food was sitting on the counter at the front as if it were a togo order. They have done this in the past, but have called our name. Today, they didn't. Ok, no big deal, except that I didn't have everything. Again, not ideal service but I can tolerate it, so I get a person's attention, and tell them what we are missing, and they said ok... I wait, and wait and wait... food is cold by this time, and still nothing. All I asked for was my coffee, syrup for the pankcakes, and eating utensils. It should not have taken 2 seconds for 2 of those things, but nothing. Finally I give up, and my wife goes up and chews out the lady and tells her we want a refund. So we get the refund, and leave. I won't be back. I'm being generous with my 3 stars, but I would avoid this McDonald's.
We came to this location after being at Disney all day. It was late and we had a car full so our order was very large and super annoying but it was all correct and they were actually so patient with us. Thank you!!
Not our usual spot for fast food, but we stopped for sweet tea, apple turn overs and a restroom break from traveling. Very cheap, good variety of food, but personally we look for quality. The staff were friendly and the place looked very clean. There was lots of free parking and close to a major road.
Worst McDonald's ever order through drive through and 1st the lady taking the order had the order wrong then when I get my order my ice coffee had chocolate syrup( I'm diabetic) when I told the worker that the order was wrong he had the nerve to give me attitude so I asked to speak to the manager and in turn nothing was done and my coffee was horrible.as if it was done intentionally. Luck for them had something had happened to me cause of there negligence serious action would of taken place.
We come to this McDonald’s almost daily. Tonight was the worst. We waited in the outside lane behind a grey rav 4. Then moved up and waited for them to acknowledge us, to which they didn’t. We watched as 3 more cars on the inside lane come and go and not once did they say anything to us. So we said hello hello and still nothing. We went up to the window to tell them we didn’t get any kind of notice and weren’t able to place our order because no one said anything to us and that we saw 3 cars come and go on the inside lane. Then he said hold on. To which he continued to take orders and ignored us as we sat there waiting to see if he’d take our order or make it right. Nope, someone else came over with attitude and said hey pull around and we’ll take your order then. Then closed the window and walked away. We weren’t going to move as it was rude and why couldn’t he take our order since we were there and passed up numerous times. Then the same rude guy came back and said hey I told you to move and go around we are short staffed and we if you want to place an order go around. Then he locked the window and left. Not once did they apologize or ask what was wrong or how or what happened. I can’t believe they handled it so poorly.
First I want to say working in this industry is very stressful and high volume so I give a lot of respect to anyone who works in this industry. Just the kindness is not there, orders are usually inaccurate and understanding the amount of people especially after everyone gets to work, the staff is well short and puts them in a situation where they aren't able to fully function. The owner or corporate needs to re-evaluated how places like this are handled. I go here and there but alot needs to be done to increased the reviews and ratings
Lately they are putting way too much salt in the fries. I get it, salty food will make people drink more, but being thirsty and not being able to eat your fries of saltiness are NOT the same. I used to work at mcd, I remember it being something quick, now it’s literally a shower of SALT per each basket. Please fix this in all MCD’s
