This is the second time I’ve been forgotten outside. The orders take so long the food is cold and when you ask for help your met with attitude. I will not be back and the sad part is it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house. This review was made at 9:39pm June 20th. I’ve been here since 9pm trying to get a twenty piece nugget and fries. Go somewhere else unless you have a lot of time and like cold food.
I would have given less however there was only one young guy that seemed to understand what to do. There must be about 10 of them behind the counter. All were huddled and confused. I assume ( being kind). This must be a new restaurant because everyone looked confused. A few times staff would walk to the front look around at the growing line then head back to the kitchen. Kudos to the only young guy moving the needle. Recommendation: shut down for 1 day. EVERYONE Gets retraining. Including the two possible leads. The were struggling.
Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live so I have no other choice but to go here when I need a quick meal however, they without fail seem to screw up my order every time. The last 3 out of 4 times I've been here they have forgot to give me something that I have ordered. Seems like there is no QA check before your food leaves the store. I will start making the longer drive in the opposite direction to see if the other location has more competent employees. Sorry, but you lost my business at this store.
A very rude man was working the drive thru around 7:00am on Tuesday, April 5th. We pulled up to the speaker, he told us to order when we were ready so we finish deciding what we want and then order. No response. We sat there for another few minutes waiting and he never came back on so we thought maybe they were having technical difficulties and pulled up to the window. The guy practically threw a fit and said we absolutely could not order at the window (there was not a single other person in line at the time). I explained that he told us to order when ready at the speaker and then after ordering we never got a response. He got upset and said he was working by himself and shut the window and walked away. Uh, okay. Why did he tell us to order when ready if he wasn't ready to take our order? We sat there for a minute, not sure what he was doing but he never came back so my husband pulled around to the parking lot and went inside to order. He said the guy was just as rude inside as he was in the drive thru. Great job hiring this guy, McDonald's. You couldn't find anyone who could actually smile and be friendly to people? Maybe he would do better working a job where he doesn't have to interact with customers.
Don't be so quick to rush out the door with your food at this locatioin. Check it for freshness. My initial order was old dry. But the remake was much better.
Would put 0 if I could, these scum bags took my money on mobile app then when I get to the window they proceed to argue with me trying to tell me I didn’t pay. even after showing them the charge on my BANK ACCOUNT, they still refused to give me my food that I rightfully paid for and refused to give me a refund. 0/5 stars STAY AWAY ‼️‼️
Typical McDonald's - reliable for consistency.
Open 24 hours and never a long wait at to order however they do have a tendency of parking every car to wait for the food if you order more than one meal per car. Staff gets backed up and the guys and gals have to rush out with too many bags in their hand to know who's ordered what...
Ordered through the mobile app on my way to work. Fast service. Hot and fresh food. Had to add creamer to my ice coffee. Tasted like plain regular coffee no sugar or creamer in a cup with ice. Enjoyed the apple pies, cookies and breakfast. Thank you!
We went thru the drive-through. We paid and went to the second window and was told to drive up because the fish wasn't ready. They brought out the slushy. They had over filled it and the cherry slushy was all over my car seats with no napkins. Iwas not impressed. Finally got our full order and with stained car seats went home. Everyone that works in a drive-through please watch how much you fill the drinks please.
