Horrible place, I keep giving it chances but this last time is it. I ordered, I come 25 minutes later because it says it’s ready, they tell me they are too busy for the drive through even though I already paid. Doesn’t make any sense, won’t give me a refund, tell me come inside or they will not give me my food. It’s pretty messed up. A bunch of people that don’t care about quality and service. I’ve contacted management but they don’t respond so from now on I am going to the other pizza places. You make money on regular repeat business not tourists. Learn how business works!

BEWARE ... DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT YOU PIZZA THE SAME DAY .... $128 order ..$20 tip added .... 7:25 pm ordered and it said it would arrive at 8:13 pm ... tracked my order at 8:25 ... said it was still being prepared... ready at 9:15 pm ... tracked at 9:15 and still showed being prepared.... My grandkids had to wait another hour for me to run out and return with fast food ...DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS ... You have been warned !!!

Great pizza at a decent price. Would definitely pickup pizza again at this location. Very helpful food pickup window.

They made our pizza wrong. When I called to tell them I was offered a $5 credit. The pizza was $18+. I even had it delivered. So I had to drive to the location, return the pizza only to be refunded $16. And I was told I wasn’t getting the tax back either. Rude, disrespectful, cowardly manager who hid behind a younger manager. Do not order from this location and the customer service is non existent. As a retail manager myself I find it unacceptable that they couldn’t have handled this better. Theses managers have no business running anyones business. Not only will I not order from this Marcos, I doubt I’ll ever order from any Marcos. Knowing that this company is from Ohio makes me question how their customer service is even this bad. I should have been refunded the pizza, the tax and the delivery fee since I had to take it back myself. And I would never let anyone remake it, we’ve all heard horror stories about that. No thank you.

Not very good. They rushed me on the phone. Then when I can to pick-up the pizza they act like me and my money wasn't good enough. I guess I had to walk in wearing diamonds & gold. They did not treat me good. I don't even know if the food is good. I didn't get past their attitude ?

This place is clearly operated by teenagers. That’s all you see when you walk in. Which is fine, but have organization & at least decent customer service. (1) occasion I waited in drive thru for five minutes before the girl finally looked up from her phone and acknowledged me. (2) occasion, drive through again, handed my pizza and closed the window. Didn’t bother to ask if I paid. Only to call me the next day and leave a voicemail asking me to pay for the pizza the night before. (3) occasion, do a mobile order for delivery. This time already paid with a future time frame for delivery. 30 minutes passed, no pizza. Call and get some bs excuse. Ended up picking it up.I order here for the convenience of being down the street from me. 3 stars because they’re not horrible but can improve.

My order said it would be ready in 45 min I called and the “manager” said it was on its way and he didn’t even know my order. My order wasn’t on the way these people are liars and this is the worst Marcos to order from you’re better off ordering somewhere else because you’re going to wait 3 hours to eat some mediocre pizza

Came to this location to pick up an Uber eats delivery and no one came to the register for a solid 5 minutes despite seeing me there. Later tried to get a delivery job there. Manager texted to come in the afternoon for an interview. When I came by he was “sick” at home despite us scheduling the night before. He had someone tell me he would call me later for a phone interview and I haven’t heard anything since.

Baked hair into the pizza, would not replace it, blamed it on DoorDash. It’s baked in the cheese…oh every time you call you are speaking to the manager.
