Terrible experience. Driver delivered pizza to the ground and did not knock or ring doorbell.Went to the store, the on duty was helpless. I asked for a refund and she told me it could take 5 days. Asked for the general manager. He didn’t care to step in or even call me. Stay away from this place. The service is horrible. Customer service phone line is useless. Never buying from Little Ceasaers again

After driving four hours stopped here. Had to wait 20 minutes for a thin crust cheese. Then given the wrong pizza. When I walk back in with the regular pepperoni pizza guy walks out looking at me and not saying a word. He nods toward me and I tell him I have the wrong pizza. He takes it with no apology or recognition of the error. I Had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct pizza. Hands it to me agtwith nothing. Horrible
I came to pick up my order, it turns out that my order went to more distant location. The guy at the register kept acting like he didn't care. It doesn't take too much to guide customers or accommodate. Be a better person, so one day you'll get the same in return.Thank you!
Called in a order was told it would be 10 minutes so 15 minutes later I arrive to it not being ready not a problem there I then wait another 25 minutes still not ready so just decided to leave this is little Caesar’s the only thing it has going for it is that it’s supposed to be quick and this location couldn’t even get that right. Do better
I can tell that this location has new management... for the better! I went in on Thursday and when I got home one of the pizzas was incorrect (supposed to be stuffed crust) I called back to inform them and was told to bring the incorrect pizza back ??♀️ the employees seem to be stretched so there was a little wait at the counter. Employee B (I'll get his full name from my receipt) verified what I was supposed to receive then made the correct order. He apologized for the mix up and I headed back home with a hot pizza! His customer service was exceptional. The individuals that were there a few months ago are not even in his league.
Food was hot and yummy, however, we didn't get what we ordered! Originally, I was so mad and going to leave a bad review, but simply couldn't because Brandon was VERY apologetic and took care of me and my five hungry kiddos after bringing back what's we received so he could verify it with what I ordered!He truly went WAY above and beyond, customer service you rarely see now -a-days! Thank you, Brandon, you're a ROCKSTAR! ??
If I could give it a zero star I would. Leaves a lot to be desired to there customers service. Let’s begging with the rude guy in the front of house. When I went to order he completely ignore me and walk always to do an other for the person behind me. In addition he kept saying we are not making that when I would place and order. His customer service is beyond horrendous in addition to his attitude. He refused to give us corporate number due to his attitude and horrible service. The dude has curly hair and eyeglass doesn’t even greet people when we walk in. Since he refuses to give corporate number I’ll write this review. Save you time and headache don’t buy her.
Pizza is consistent. Price is best around. My only suggestion would be more hot and ready on hand. Worst case scenario is waiting a few minutes on a piping hot pizza.
I want to give a shout out to manager Brendan I had an issue with doordash delivering my food I called the store and Brandon picked up the phone he went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue that doordash had done by not delivering. Brendan was calm and professional thank you Little Caesars for hiring people like Brendan.
