I came here to get something for lunch the are supposed to open at 1030am and nobody is here parking lot is empty at 11:15 this crazy not happy cause I had a crew to feed
For being understaffed I think this location is doing a good job, people just need to be more understanding and stop acting like entitled brats. It’s disgusting to see the GROWN ADULTS acting like children because their order wasn’t moved to the top of the list or because they had to wait longer. You do understand that being understaffed is not their fault, be thankful they came to work and you’re not waiting even longer than that, or how about make pizza at your own place!!? Just shut up and stop annoying everyone else. You’re lucky none of the workers cursed you out because I would have.\\n\\nKeep up the good work!
On May 20th I ordered little Caesars online at this location. It told me that it was going to be an hour for pickup (portal). I waited an hour at the little Caesars parking lot. I then went inside to the portal to see if my pizza was ready. It wasn’t so I wait patiently an extra 10-15 minutes. A male who later identified himself as the manager came to the register and told me it was going to be 45 minutes to an hour before my pizza was going to be ready. I opened my email from my phone to show him the time it said ready for pickup. He said they were backed up and that I have to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour. So I asked for my money back, he then said he couldn’t give me a refund because I ordered online. Showing him the email receipt I already paid for the pizza’s. I told him I can’t wait another hour, to take my information and give it to the store manager, so maybe he/she can give me my money back. I never received a phone call from them. I emailed corporate explaining to them what happened with my contact information. No response. It’s been over a month - They got free money from me. I will never order online from them nor buy pizza from this place. I wasted my time and money, very frustrating knowing you have hungry kids at home and you promised them pizza. I had to buy pizza from another place that took 30 mins to make.
Great staff. Too bad Little Ceasars doesn't have more employees there. These guys and girls work their tail off and yet they always have a smile on their faces. Thank you so much.
The last order was cooked to perfection..I wish I knew their schedule, cause I would come there only when that crew was working
Awesome! Our food came out so good. They were very busy and short handed so I had to wait but its okay. The service was great. The young lady that checked me out was fantastic. Other customers were giving them a hard time. That didnt stop her from giving good service. People need to have a little patience and kindness towards service workers. Its not easy.\\nThank you so much. You guys are appreciated!!!
Service was great , my food was out on time from when I ordered. The young man ,named Mathew was extremely polite and when helpful, and when my code didn’t work to open the door Mathew was more then happy to help me get my order.
Ordered online and never received our order though it showed the driver was on route and gave an arrival time (which was also way too long!). Called the store multiple times with no answer! Had to deal directly with Door Dash to request a refund. Can’t imagine what service is actually like as we legit didn’t get any!
Never have pizza ready? other then cold or old rubber pepperoni that has been sitting around for a while. I understand cutting cost, but give me a break!
Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to place your order, the employees use to have meetings about a tv show, it’s funny but it’s true! Nobody in front until you ask for help!
