Went there last night really bad expression & I never try Hardee’s before. First we ask if we can have separate orders in drive thru since it was 5 of us. They told us no but then we ask if the door was open we just go inside they said no! So , what are we supposed to do then ? Then we decided to paid in one order. So we decided to order chicken sandwiches and then more bad news. They ain’t have chicken … a place where they sell chicken and burger sandwiches ran out of chicken. Serious ….. like is better to just go somewhere else don’t waste your time here.
We were in the Drive-thru for a while waiting on our order. A car behind even blew his horn. They finally came out very apologetic & provided great service to make up which is rare!
To be honest most fast food experiences are middle of the road at best and you expect bad service. No harm no foul most of the time. This is the only place i know that is amazing service 80% of the time or more. The management and girls that run it are always on point and super friendly and kind. Even when the staff chances a lot it stays consistent. The district guy deserves a medal
Prompt customer service at the drive-through serving up the best gravy and biscuit breakfast in the area. I highly recommend dining at this Hardee’s location.Thanks for reading,Layton.
I must say exceptional customer service I wish I would have gotten my customer service Representatives name because she definitely deserves a big high five she was very personable actually recommended savings I was ordering things one by one and she mailed it out for me and it was much cheaper I just thought it was an overall great experience food was nice and hot
I got a "Big" Ham and Cheese for a friend and two breaded chicken sandwiches. Dry chicken. Tiny portions. Complete waste of money. See photos.I'm giving 2 stars because the cashier was nice and the burgers were okay.
Typical fast food joint, drive through customer service with satisfactory, could use a bit more freshness on the food
I ordered weat15min.my food was not redy.And the person give may money back. The fries was cool.
We generally don't go to Hardee's, and now I know why. My husband got a cheeseburger which would have been ok, but the one large piece of lettuce was wet and gooey, which made the entire burger slimy. The fries were very skinny, but nice and not over salted. I had a hot ham and cheese; it was so salty I had a hard time eating it. We definitely will not be going to Hardee's anymore!
Hamburger patties were over cooked and burned. Onion rings were okay. Staff acted like they'd rather be somewhere else and didn't care about the food or the restaurant. Tables were not cleaned yet the employees were standing around in the parking lot. I would avoid this location.
