This Dunkin location is horrible! We are locals and thought we would give it another chance but once again they proved they cannot handle the volume. The drive thru line was backed up all the way to the entrance so we went inside. Inside was no better, the line was almost to the door with only one person working the register. After waiting for 15 minutes they announced that you had to have exact change or credit.
Tried to go in and order at the counter. We stood there for 15 minutes and no one would talk to us or even make eye contact with us and finally when asking if were able to order we’re told we need to wait. 4th time coming to this store and its always a problem. We also watched the girl on register make a large ice coffee only fill it half way and then just turn the sink on and fill it with water the rest of the way.
I love Dunkin but this is the worst one I've ever been to. I ordered 5 things and not a single thing was correct.I ordered:1. 2 black pepper bacon sandwiches (wrong bacon and only received 1 of the 2)2. Frozen mocha with whipped cream (tasted like just coffee and little mocha if any. Also no whipped cream, I was charged for the whipped cream)3. Iced cake batter latte (had sprinkles but had no flavoring)4. Bacon avocado toast (had entire peices of bacon that didn't even taste right)After trying to correct them about a missing sandwich, the woman at the window wanted to argue with me about my order. She then had me pay for a second one but said my card was decline after I had just used to pay for the original order. Then proceed to not give us the the second drink until we asked for it.
I visited this DDs May 31st in the AM. The woman taking my order was super friendly and upbeat which I appreciated because I was irritated with I4 traffic and I came here on a whim because of said traffic and needed to make myself feel better! The gentleman at the window was ALSO super friendly and I didn’t even have to wait for my coffee, which was made perfectly. I really appreciate the kindness and it’s like they know I4 sucks so they’re extra nice… IYKYK? THANK YOU!!!
This place genuinely needs to be reevaluated for health code violations. Absolutely worst experience. Took 20 mins in the drive through for a line with no people and I understand being understaffed I’ve worked in food service. But the lady at the drive through was RUDE extremely unprofessional and you can tell they did something to the food. Found a hair in bacon wrap and my “sealed” juice was opened because the seal was cracked looked like someone opened it and the bottle was messed up.
Got a chai tea latte asked for extra hot came out luke warm and tasted like straight nutmeg. Worst chai tea latte ever. Were out of most donuts, ordered a glazed chocolate donut and it was stale and tasted days old. Workers acted like they didn’t want to be there at all. Never again.
I come here every morning on my way to work because my son has a feeding disorder and will only eat glazed doughnuts for breakfast. Well this morning I encountered the worst customer service! Max your employee taking drive thru orders appeared to not have gotten her happy pills this morning. She would not listen to what I was ordering made fun of me over the drive through speaker mocking me and repeating what she thought she heard, when I got up to the window to pay my cold brew was what looked like a caramel latte…… I told the young lady at the window that is not what I ordered that I ordered the salted caramel cold brew max again rolled her eyes and said omg just add foam on it. I said no that is absolutely not a cold brew they brought me the same drink with foam on it…..I again said that is not what I ordered and max again interjected that it’s to early in the morning to be this rude. She should take her own advice . There is alot going on in the world today and kindness matters
Probably one of the worst DDs I’ve ever been too. I blame it on the owner of this location. Nothing is ever in stock. If you make an order online, you get to the store and get told they don’t have any of it instead of informing you on the app. This store is in a super busy location but it seems as though whoever is doing the supply ordering doesn’t know what they’re doing.
I’m getting ready to leave to go back to Jacksonville and I just stopped here for breakfast. I ordered two small mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese with two order of bacon. This location is horrible, the manager gave me cold bacon and they gave me two regular bagels . When I tried to explain my order was wrong the manager stated it was only her and another employee. I requested I wanted my bacon hot so the other employee came to the window I tried to explain about the bagels she closed the window in our face . I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone . Whomever the owner is you should really pay close attention to your staff but it’s a reflection of you .
My family and I were visiting the area on vacation. We thought doughnuts for breakfast sounded good. We have never been to a dunking before so wasn't sure what to order. I had to ask a few questions as I didn't see doughnuts descriptions on the menu. The lady was extremely rude and impatient. Never in my life have I seen someone in the service industry talk to a customer that way. At the window I spoke with the manager and asked if she was OK with her help speaking to a customer that way and she WAS! Very poor experience.
