Terrible terrible service. They will have you waiting forever before even taking your order, without even giving you a greeting so if you’re in a hurry go elsewhere. Then when you approach the window the staff are very rarely kind. And they always without fail burn my bagels. The never stir the drinks so they taste gross when you take that first sip. Never again
By far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. First time I’ve been to breakfast food place and they aren’t serving breakfast @ 9am. They had no milk besides coconut milk & the coffee does not taste the best. I decided to stop by considering I was at the gas station next door but i think I’ll stick to Starbucks.
My first time going to Dunkin Donuts and my last. Stopped by when they opened on my way to work. All the outside lights were off and the drive thru signage was not on and the open signage on front door was off. No lights on inside. Couldn't see a thing at all. I called to ask what their hours were. They said they were open. I went to the drive thru and drove up to the only light I could see, the drive thru window. Asked if they had what I wanted, and an employee actually gave me an attitude because I didn't order at the drive thru menu. I told her "You mean that dark, unlit sign that I can't see back there? She said yes. I ask her if the outside lights worked so customers could actually use the drive thru and she turned her back to me to get my order, gave me my order and walked away. I would have ordered more but, I couldn't see what there was to order and the attitude was really unwarranted. Like I said, I was a first-time customer, and I won't be back.
I have been to 3 Dunkin locations within 5 miles )Davenport, off 27 and polk county and in Champions gate. They all failed and service very poor orders inaccurate, always on short supply. At this point I feel I am giving up on going since this company is not what The Dunkin Brand should stand for Corporate was called and heard nothing. I am just unhappy with how the staff is and overall the lack of products and respect is way below my expectations. I think I will stick to WaWa vs going here,
You close at 2pm daily now due to “short staffing?” Really? America can only run on Dunkin until 2pm? That’s laughable.That’s ironic because one of your “managers” was posting in a mom group on Facebook that she was hiring and the pay was despicable. No wonder you are short staffed. Pay people a fair wage and you will have staff.
Woman named shelly dislikes partially deaf people. Your not allowed to order from the window. When you tell her your hard of hearing that the speaker is hard to hear and ask to order from the window she yelled NO YOU CAN NOT WHAT DO YOU WANT! I have gone there alot. In not going anymore until something is done about the situation. I sent in an email and I'm waiting for a response.
The lady Kristie was rude & the food was cold… that’s why I choose Starbucks any day over Dunkin…. I had to go back to get the food we ordered cause they didn’t give it to me and she has the nerve to be rude.. girl bye
Simple 6 assorted Donuts, But incorrect request I made for each donut desired. It was delivered by door dash which is fine, but when I tried to call store to understand why didn't they read order details requested, the phone kept ringing. Obviously from other people's experiences here, definitely DON'T recommend this Dunkin store.
Horrible, the hours say they are open but the door is closed and no one picks up the phone to at lease say, they are close… so rude I see them look at us and nothing so rude. No close sign and hours on the door is open and drive thru open and everything is close smh
I'm so MAD I just ordered #2477 a hot chocolate and a croissant...OMG. the hot chocolate is just water, how u guys can't notice the machine is dispensing water and not chocolate...? I drove 20 to my work and i notice this....i have not time to go back. Is the second time this week. Worst place ever. Never go back And waist my money with this people.
