Every time I go to dunkin donut I also have an issue with my order. One time they gave me a half muffin halft bagels when I clearly asked for a plain bagels with cream cheese. The sad part about they bad service is that there's no way for you to report these and get any results. If you already leave the drive thru like myself that have to get to work then you screw up with they mistake when they mess your order up. Every time I report they terrible service, I never receive any updates with them trying to make anything up.

Disgusting. I got a jiggly bag of fat for my snacking bacon, and 2 cups of watery disgustingness that wasn't close to coffee, one iced and one hot. And that was after being barked at that we started to order in the drive thru but the guy needed a moment. Glad I will never have to go here again. If you're driving by on I4 just save yourself the headache and go to Starbucks across the street. Ugh!
11:50 AM and I am told that they do not have chocolate munchkins nor hazelnut flavor or whip cream because they ran out. it’s not even 12 pm and they are already out of flavors and whip cream? So I get offered a whip cream alternative “cold whip” and am told it’s a sweeter whip cream I told the young lady never mind forget it I’ll take it without it and she passes me my latte with the cold whip on it either way. Unbelievable ? I do not like returning food or drinks in restaurants so I just left
They never have double chocolate doughnut no matter what time I go A.M.or P.M. I'm convinced they just don't make them. So I won't waste my gas to go anymore. So limited on what they have etc.. What happened to the Dunkin?
Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Got order right. Food and drinks are just like the thousand of other Dunkin's
Worst dunkin ever. Rude staff that doesn't know or want to help their customers. The coffee is inconsistent and not at good at others in the area. Don't waste your time or money at this location
The Omlette bites are AWESOME!! And cheaper than Starsux sou vie eggs

This location used to be one of my favorites and now it has gone down the drain. Water leaking from the ceiling. The guy at the register claimed that's a two for six sandwiches had to be bacon egg and cheese croissants when I use the order the two sandwiches but bagels. They were out of bagels, Donuts and Caramel shots. I recommend not stopping at this location. The place is a disaster
