If I could give zero stars or negative I would. I have never had such horrible customer service. We ordered on the mobile app. Got the notice our order was ready, arrived and were told they don't have the donuts we ordered or any donuts to substitute for them. We left and then received a notice saying thank you for picking up the donuts. We didn't get any donuts!! But they still charged us!!!. I called the next morning to speak to a manager and they said there are no mangers there till Monday and hung up. Didn't even say goodbye! This may explain partly why this store is a mess. I will never go back!!
This isn't my usual Dunkin location and the few times I've been in the past there have always been problems- orders are wrong, rude staff, long waits, etc.But not when I stopped in on 5/23! My order was correct and my coffee was perfect. That wasn't the best part of my visit, though. The cashier at the drive-thru window- Ms. Dolly, was the kindest person I've come across in so very long! She was very pleasant and gave me the sweetest compliments that left me feeling like $1,000,000! My Monday turned around for the better! Thanks, Ms. Dolly! ??☕️?
This morning I did a mobile order 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant when I got there the drinks were ready I took them out to my hubs.I went back in the munchkins were done so I just stood there waiting .I along with a packed waiting area of customers watched as 1 guy made sandwiches and 4 ladies giggled, talking and showing things off phone. The lady beside me was getting upset and asked about her order and I looked at her and said I did my mobile order 30 minutes ago and have been standing here longer than you ! They gave her order and I said I’m just waiting on sandwiches??? The employee looked at me and said I asked you if you had a mobile order first of all don’t freaking lie the only one that spoke to me was the young man 2nd I have been standing there 15 minutes and now you want to tell me that you don’t have that bagel and you need a substitute I looked at her and said you were to busy chatting and on that phone to even let me know all 4 of you .I would be ashamed if there was a manager on duty this morning after the way they ignored the customers!!!
This dunkin NEVER DISAPPOINTS me. I am a regular who has grown addicted to their sprinkle frosted donuts. This Morning I was accidentally charged for a dozen when I ordered a half. I spoke with a manager who asked for the time, car for camera purposes and receipt info. He simply took my name down so I could pick up a free dozen on them. (Instead of the refund) This made my day as well as a family I met next door who saw me tearing them up. I just had to share :)
Avoid! I don't know what has happened to their donuts, but they are horrible! I work nearby, and have now tried two weeks in a row. Both times, the donuts were so lousy I had to throw them away. The glazed donuts no longer have holes in them and are inedible. This time, after waiting quite a while in line, I ordered Boston cream. When I drove up to the window, I was informed that they were out of them. Not only did I not get an apology, but the young lady who took my order asked me what my problem was. I agreed to try to switch to Chocolate glazed, specifically saying I did not want heavy cake donuts. Guess what? I was handed a box full of heavy, chocolate cake donuts. They were dry and again inedible. I don't know if it is just this place, or Dunkin in general, but they stink. Avoid.
Donut ? was crunchy and hard . Also it was salty It tasted alright but I prefer not to be eating hard peices. Water taste like stone out of everything I wanted and my mother too . speed bumps hurt my back . Only good thing here today was location. I had too wait like ten minutes for my water after forgetting to order it . Waited around about 5 to order then 8 for car in front of me to get there's and 10 for our drinks . I maybe just think this but I still waited a while . Employees were not very nice .
They've always been great with my order. Really like their iced coffee and cold brew. I haven't had to wait excessively long even during rush hour. They're very nice to the customers. If I was looking for something I would say sometimes they forget to give me napkins but the drinks and food are always good.
Just shut down already waited an hour and 15 minutes just for an iced caramel macchiato, a chicken croissant on a bagel, and a side bag of hashbrowns. Whoever is on the mic taking orders find a better job I listen to how she gave an attitude to both cars that were in front of me and then proceeded to have an attitude with my husband while he was taking my order. Why is there so many people working at this location yet it’s still an hour for each car explain that. The only upside to going today was the fact that they actually got my food right this time.
When I normally go it's cool but today not so much.. They should have took the young lady Jennifer (if that's her real name) off Drive-thru! Horrible customer service, heard her back & forth with the car in front but thought it was just that incident! Cut my daughter off in the middle of ordering to ask her how many doughnuts then said in a nasty tone "next time start with that!" I had to step in, tell her about herself & take my business elsewhere! I expected more from Webb DD..
Horrible customer service and attitudes! Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. Waited at the speaker to place our order for quite some time. It was making popping noises, so we assumed it wasn’t working. Got to the window and were told they would not take our order, and that we had to get back in the 20 minute line to order at the speaker. Asked to speak with the manager who didn’t speak with us but also refused to take our order at the window. We left. I called and spoke with the manager who rudely hung up on me. Needless to say, after we have been regular customers, they lost all future business from us. We drove a couple miles further down the road to another Dunkin’ Donuts where the service was great. They now have our business going forward. It will be worth the extra miles in the future to be treated as a guest rather than an imposition.
