Two weeks ago I believe we ordered and picked up our pizza at the Davenport, FL location and received a $3 coupon for our next order. Great. Last week we used that coupon and picked up a pizza at the Clermont, FL location and recieved another $3 coupon. Yesterday we received a reminder to use our coupon, was the last day it would be good. Could not get the $7.99 special to worked to order online so called the store and they could not make it work. So, we changed to ordering from another food store, not Dominos.

Was an overall terrible experience. Having landed late we wanted something quick and easy to eat so chose dominoes but found the experience was horrendously overpriced and the order was delivered wrong with garlic bread coming instead of chicken wings as a side which was a worlds difference apart. We were too tired to call up and ask them to correct but just felt the experience overall was below average. The pizza was tasty but work needs to be done to ensure customers orders are not mistaken. Would reluctantly be open to giving this dominoes another chance to get it right because I love the chain and brand overall but on this occasion I wasn’t a happy customer.
Quick and easy to order meal for the kiddos to finish the night off. Not my kids favorite but it’s a great price for the amount of kids we had on our Universal trip!
We had the build your own pasta, selecting the Alfredo sauce, chicken, & mushrooms. It was VERY good. Needs more sauce. Wasn’t dry, just didn’t have enough sauce for the pasta. Brownies were great!
Bought a large pizza and wings on Super Bowl night the pizza hardly have any toppings and the wings were raw I had to put them in the oven to finish cook them. only a sprinkle of buffalo sauce was on the wings had to use my own sauce ,really disappointing and this is not the first time been disappointed with my order, so I will just stop order totally from domino’s

Worst Dominos in the world don't do delivery! There's never a good time to order from this store. Been waiting for more than an hour. Tracker says order was delivered, but I never got it. Store claims that sometimes that happens. Deliveries are getting longer and longer wait times. Site said approx. 33-55 minutes. So wrong. Do won't answer the phones when you call the store must wait forever just to talk with someone
We lived here almost a year and at first this dominos was on point. Over last 1-3 month it has gone down severely.. pizza is allllllways cold, i watch delivery guy make 5 or six stops. Taking 30+min after leaving the store, sorry those bags dont keep it fresh for half hour. Pastas barely have sauce, the portions are never the same, and the outsides edges and tops of noodles are burnt and hard without enough sauce or noodles. The pastas used to be almost full and enough sauce. Pizza barely sauced, deep dish toppings are rarely to the edge and since it takes so long to get here bottoms are soggy. We tried the marinara dips, the first one was half full, and red sauce was just topped with a little cheese.. the one after barely cover the bottom in sauce, giant glop of cheese.. the last one the sent alfredo, when we called they had a smart remark and hung up on my wife.. ive been hung up on 3 times by this location. I have 8 free pizzas that i will probably let expire, because we are changing franchises..
