My order jumped from quality control to COMPLETE! Which that being said I waited 15 minutes before they delivered my food to my car. They have an advertisement that if it takes more that 2 minutes You will get a free pizza…. I don’t complaining about the free pizza I’m complaining that if the adviser said 2 minutes delivery should be like that they complete my order so their time won’t count so that way they don’t have to give u anything. Fraudulent advertisement!!!!
I just bought a large with three well done ingredients and when I got home the dough was raw. Whereas I had to pay triple the price for the same pizza, same ingredients, before and during the pandemic. $22 for something that was $7.99 recently. I am a chef with 30 years in the industry and I specialize in Italian food and what they did to me today is disrespectful. My last domino's pizza. To another dog with that bone.
They don't know everything about costumer service. When we did the tracker it said is was delivered and I think they just did it to have false statistics. We called and they said in ten minutes. After 30 more minutes we called again and asked to speak with the manager. The person just said we must wait another 10 minutes and he was very rude.
This place is horrible! When you call the store you receive a call center that doesn't know anything. If you go the store after hours you are told pickup is closed and to use the app. When you use the app it cant find your address and tells you to pickup. Spent 30mins of my life trying to do the most basic thing (order pizza) and somehow this Domio's makes it impossible.

Was an overall terrible experience. Having landed late we wanted something quick and easy to eat so chose dominoes but found the experience was horrendously overpriced and the order was delivered wrong with garlic bread coming instead of chicken wings as a side which was a worlds difference apart. We were too tired to call up and ask them to correct but just felt the experience overall was below average. The pizza was tasty but work needs to be done to ensure customers orders are not mistaken. Would reluctantly be open to giving this dominoes another chance to get it right because I love the chain and brand overall but on this occasion I wasn’t a happy customer.
Places my order at 6:16 PM. It was 7:31 PM the website was saying my order was completed even though I never received it. Tried calling them multiple times, and the girl who answered said it will take a couple of more minutes. After 20 more minutes, I called again and she put the “manager” on the phone who asked me if I was sure of my address and the told me driver tried calling me which he did not. I asked to speak to a different manager and he proceeded on saying “I’m the highest level manager here” really? No wonder. Had to cancel the order and order Papa Johns. They were here on time ☺️
my food took over 2 hours to be delivered, the website was saying my order was completed even tho i had received nothing, tried calling them multiple times, no one would pick up the phone, worst service ever!for the salad i would tell you guys to go to walmart instead of getting the dominos one which is basically the same, but worst and more expensive
