Not impressed!! Very disappointing experience. Management, please get your staff organized. Bathrooms were dirty, concession stand was a mess, service was slow, food was below average, the Imax venue was small and underwhelming for the price. At least have someone there apping or taking tickets and please clean the floors that lead into the imax theater. Here are a few pro tips for anyone that wants to watch an imax movie here..... First, when selecting a seat, be aware there is only one entrance side and its to the right of the screen (if you are sitting close to entry level your view will be blocked by people leaving to go to restroom or to get more food), this is also good to know if you are a parent and have small ones sit on the right side of the screen so you dont have to walk as far when they need to use the restroom. SECOND, this is NOT a luxury theater. Seats do recline and are larger, but there is not space to eat a meal and there is not servers avaible to you. That's right you pay a premium here for less service and no space to eat the food they advertise. Lastly, this is a more intimate scale venue. Which is nice if you dont like large crowds, however, with new releases it fills up fast, so do not think you will get to sit as a a family if you buy tix at the door. Overall, I had my expectations set to enter a luxury theater, but its boutique with fewer amenities. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because on Tuesdays they have half price off tickets.

Went to see the new Minions with a friend. We new we would have kids in the audience and were prepared for that, what we weren't prepared for was the family, all above teenagers and two adult females who sat behind us talking the entire movie. The obviously have never heard of the word whisper and one of them kept laughing hysterically even when her full grown son feel face first as he was leaving the aisle as we were leaving. We had spent the entire show gritting our teeth!I did call and left a message for the manager, which was never returned!! We were told they really couldn't do anything because we didn't complain during the movie!

Twice here since Memorial Day weekend to see Top Gun: Maverick. The lobby with seating area, bar and concession stand, much cleaner than inside. Reclining seats? Define reclining. Those seats did not recline. Period.Had issues with website trying to sign up for Loyalty rewards. Tried 6 times, website down. Downloaded app, black screen with Cinépolis logo on screen. That’s it.Finding prices on website, not easy on iPhone. They’re all over the place. Called customer service in what seemed to be Mexico (they’re a Mexican Movie theater chain) and explained what was happening with the website and app.He tried, he too had issues. Gave me the price for Seniors at 3.30pm showing at this location @ $5.50 per person for Imax. However, it was $9.50.Popcorn & sodas refills are free. Beer at the bar, pint of Yuengling $7.50– And needless to say, no free refills. As for the best part. Loved the Top Gun sequel. Nothing like the first one. It was totally, totally incredibly amazing. Can’t wait to see it again.Perhaps AMC, next.

Nice seats, two arm rests and dual drink holders. The seats recline a bit if you lean back but they don't stay there. The tiers are well laid out so the view of the screen is good, quality is great as is the surround sound. The carpets on the entrance ramp are filthy, not even sure why that long ramp in is even carpeted! I have to wonder how clean the rest of the theater area is, although the rest rooms appeared to be pretty clean. Not too bad overall, but there are much better cinemas in the same chain, cleaner and with better seats.

Great theatre and the seats were super comfortable. Sound system was awesome!

Very nice theatre. And they worked hard to get you through the concession line and on to the movie.

Great theater. easy get your popcorn and drinks. And great awards program.

We love coming to this theatre. We drive almost an hour just to see Ms. Ann. She is the best ticket concierge ever. She is so pleasant and keeps us laughing. We look forward to seeing her every visit. The theatre is always clean and employees are polite.

This is the closest theater to our house. My family and I love going to the movies. This theater is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen a dirtier theater. The carpets are the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. We were there this past weekend to watch Dr. Strange. When is at down, I put one of the arm rests up and ended up with something sticky on my hand ? . We were there for Spider-Man No Way Home. There was a young man with a small child sitting in the handicapped area directly in front of us. He had his phone on (full brightness) the first 30 minutes of the movie. My husband asked him to politely turn his phone off. The guy just turned the brightness down and continued using his phone. No one came in the check throughout the movie to make sure people weren’t on their phones. Not the first time this has happened. They don’t have complimentary bags for splitting popcorn like other theaters. The staff at the concessions are not the friendliest either.

I dont have any pictures. But i really enjoy this place. Its clean. But some of the seats we sat in started to look old and used. But overall. It was a good place and also my go to cinema. The prices for a drink and popcorn and candy is about 23 dollars but its bottomless for both which is nice. I give it a b+
