This Cici's has gone from being the best in Central Florida to the worst! A year back when they had a real manager and Chris the magician this place was booming and truly the only Cici's we used to come to. As of today, there is no sign of management, tables and commons area are disgusting and sticky, there is no ice and the pizza is non-existent to say the least. Pizza is placed to be served burnt, has no flavor and completely overcooked and to top it off the pizza is poorly cut so you spend 10 minutes trying to pull each slice apart. There is no pasta sauce to be served and counting 10 pastas in the pot and that's exaggerating. Did I forget to mention that the trash is full to the brim and your employees pass by it every two minutes and don't empty it out. Staff has no carisma and doesn't even acknowledge your presence and all your employees are wearing earphones and talking on the phone while working including your said manager. There is so much worse to even mention here!To the Owner: PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGER (THE GUY WITH DREADS) AND THE MAGICIAN. THIS NEW TEAM IS BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS DOWN TO THE GROUND!!!!
The pizza, pasta & salad are exceptional for being buffet style. I had been in a couple of years ago and it was not good, but Jay and the crew here have really improved this location! I felt welcome and Jay introduced himself & was available if I had any requests!!! Wonderful experience for lunch! And don’t forget the free WiFi!!!
About half an hour to an hour ago I witness something very crazy. A lady approached the manager very rude from what I saw the manager shock his head yes and smiled I couldn’t hear him but heard her that was that, 10 minutes later she engaged him again. Now a back and forth took place where she called him rude and then he stated “I didn’t raise my voice or call you any names how am I rude?” We as people have to be more considerate to hard working people like that gentleman, when I entered with my 2 children my son and daughter he was very nice staying on his feet back and forth, cleaning and making pizza he also engaged my son at the register. He was doing a pretty damn good job if you ask me. That customer seemed like she wanted him to bow down to her versus doing his job. I also witnessed who I believed to be the owner come in 10 to 15 minutes after she left to speak to his manager and another employee, I just wanted to give my options to the owner that manager that you have there is going places, he was well spoken handled him self accordingly and very hard working. Thanks for the experience who ever you are.
The tables were cleaned but I don't know if it's a whole new group but the trash was piled high and the soup bar was pretty wiped out and the names on most of the pizza were not correct aside from being low. My family and I still decided to stay. I went ahead and looked for the Buffalo chicken pizza which is one of the reasons I love going there and they didn't have it. So I requested it. The lady seemed nice and was looking for someone so I guessed she would be telling someone about it. About 15 minutes later, after putting drinks and getting my kids their pizza, I go back to the counter. I don't see it so I ask another lady if they would be having that particular pizza. She searches for that sign and flips it and says " no, the next one up will be cici's supreme" and walks away. I let it go. I got something else and sat down. About 20 minutes later we all were leaving and as I passed the counter I saw that it wasn't the Supreme pizza she said that would be out, it was the Buffalo one I had requested. I was pretty upset with the whole experience, I just left. I miss the old crew. The guys there were always on top of the needs that that business needed to keep things running. Hopefully this changes. I hope next time I go in, things are not as bad as they were this time?
Came here on the Sat 16th of april, at like 2pm and there was a girl cleaning the tables. Said she’d been working there for about 2 weeks but she was soo fine. I didnt ask for the snap tho :/ if you can just give it to me ty
I ordered a GIANT Pepperoni extr pepperoni with mushroom. I arrived at pick up time and the Pizza was given in two boxes and was cold and I couldn't see any pepperoni or mushroom because cheese was over pepperoni and mushroom. Is that how Giant Extra Pepperoni pizzas are done now? Pizza was dry and toppings which I couldn't see where lacking. I have never been to pizza place where you can't see toppings such as pepperoni and mushroom on pizza. I would like to know if this is the way CiCis pizzas are now giving their pizzas to customers? Not impressed that is for sure!
We arrived to be told system was down so card payment could not be taken. We offered manager the exact cash so we could eat but she said she was in charge making the decisions and she would not accept cash. Also she stated pizzas were not being put out but the pizzas were definitely being replenished and the salad bar was being filled up. I hope the owners are proud of their manager losing them customers. We weren’t the only people who walked out after 30 minutes of waiting. This manager couldn’t manage anything and has a lot to learn about dealing with the public.
Unfortunately we never got our pizza. We ordered through the website, which said they use slice delivery. Well slice had great customer service but the restaurant uses a third party delivery outside of slice. Slice refunded our money, thankfully but the restaurant took no responsibility. Too bad, we were excited to try it.
Our family of 5 stopped by yesterday before universal right after opening. The salad was crisp and fresh and the pizza came out regularly and good. Lots of yummy cheese. The big bonus was Chris who shared 1 good and 2 bad "dad" jokes and an assortment of close up magic that was really quite good and a complete surprise. The restaurant is nice and clean and the tables spread apart for those with concerns.
Chris was amazing. He was constantly hard working, sweeping floors, cleaning tables and clearing dishes! He also showed me and my kids some awesome magic tricks! Very enjoyable experience!
