Ordered a steak quesadilla w/brown rice, sour cream, and medium green salsa. Below is what I got. A quesadilla with nothing....just bread, and brown rice. What are people doing here?
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. Tell me why I paid for a 12 dollar bowl and get a quarter of the portion? I understand it is close to closing, but if you don’t have enough ingredients to complete the order then just cancel it. I paid 20 dollars with delivery and tip and I’m still hungry. Don’t waste your money and go to another location unless you want to be ripped off.
Great staff even though they were tired and ready to go everyone was pleasant. I came 20 minutes b4 closing i wish I would gotten the tall young man name he has high ponytail who went out of his way to make kids feel extra special. His so kid friendly and i loved him..... I'm from Arizona and we don't get that much back home....
Great Customer Service! Great Tasting Food .. Enjoyed the Burrito Bowl w/Carnitas Side of Guacamole and Side of Queso but disappointing now charged as add on for tortillas. Another party ordered 1 taco with chips and guacamole..the taco size was so so small like a kid's taco not adult taco not worth the price for taco would skip taco get bowl then add tortillas and make your own tacos Overall good meal .
I understand Sunday is a busy day and I can understand why the line was wrapped literally around the inside of the store, however, I waited close to half an hour until I got to the front of the line just to have the rude cashier forget to place my tortilla in my bag. Didn't realize until I went all the way home to find my tortilla missing.Disappointed in the service and the food wasn't even worth the wait. Do better Chipotle.
Allergic to black beans: called right after I placed this order to make sure it was correct. MOD said she would take care of it and make sure every good handler would double check it. I never ask for black beans or anything super spicy. Again, allergic and can not eat this once again: not being dramatic here but what is the issue?! Reading a ticket? I don’t get it. Multiple times now I’ve ordered and nobody gets
This chipotle location is so trash, either they tell you they run out of food ( which they tell you 2-3 hours before they even close) or the food they serve you taste like MINERALS . I would never recommend this restaurant (In Posner park) to anyone. EVER!!! I’ve order from this place maybe 3-4 time due to them being my last resort. The workers do not care, the costumer service is the worst I’ve experienced by far, they throw anything in your order especially when you order it online. Honestly they need to do an evaluation on all their night shift employees. Absolutely discussing and dissatisfied.
This is the absolute worst chipotle ever! Like it's consistently awful! The rice is under cooked and hard or sometimes even sweet! The chips are always under done and the orders are never correct. I hate that this is the only one in Davenport really....I keep re trying them to only be annoyed at myself for giving them yet another opportunity to waste my money. Awful...They also put not even half a scoop of guacamole in my cup ....so glad I get charged extra for nothing.
Went to the Posner Park Chipotle in Davenport today. What a waste of time. After standing in line for about 20 minutes we were told that they were out of lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. Come on. Go to Target across the street and buy some groceries. But hey thanks for wasting my gas and my time. If I could give zero stars I would.
Freshly uncapped and I'm wondering if they ran out of ingredients. ?? Rice was undercooked and all fat meat. Restaurant was out of cheese. (Thanks Biden) Ordered two burritos and got one child size and one the size of a baked potato. ?? ???? Wasted my time, and hard earned money.
