Ingrid was absolutely phenomenal in serving both my twin brother and I during our dining experience today 14 May 2022 at this Chili’s location. Really lovely staff at this chili's.Food is very nice and not to pricy.Service can be a little slow when it is busy, but staff are attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed.Shout out to our server Lizzie who really looked after us when my group was dealing with jet lag and struggling to complete basic sentences. She was really lovely and made our visit very memorable.
We went as a party of 9 including three children. The wait was about 30 minutes for a table. That said the food was worth the wait. The full rack of ribs were excellent also a favourite of our group was the turkey club sandwich. Can’t wait to return. Another excellent visit
I am a disabled diabetic i stopped here to eat at 930 pm and was on a list to be seated i waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't seat me in a low table only a high top and wouldnt make no accommodations for me at all even after waiting all this time. This is complete b.s. i even asked for the manager contact and she made a excuse. So she left me no choice to put you all on blast in public google..
This is a nice place to eat. Our server was on point! He definitely took care of us, and he has a great table side manner with a voice of a professional radio announcer!The food was great, as we have always found it to be at Chili's.
We ordered To Go tonight. We were so happy to have gotten Stephanie S to take care of us tonight. She was kind, fast and made sure everything was accurate. If only that were the experience everywhere local lately. Stephanie S deserves a raise for being such a great face for Chilis.
This is usually a go to place for my family when we visit Orlando and have been coming here for many years, unfortunately after our last visit we won't be back. Obviously since the pandemic restaurants have changed how they run and other places let us know if we had to use a digital menu or not, Chili's didn't and seemed most put out that we didn't know what we wanted after 5 minutes of being there. We were sat in the bar even though there was plenty of room in the restaurant and the table was super sticky. We ordered starters and no guacamole came out with the chips, the waitress said twice she would get it but then we got told by another waitress that you had none! My dad's starter of chilli came out with the main courses for some reason and we felt very rushed as we'd not finished our starters before the mains came out. My dad said his enchiladas were tasteless and they looked gross. We just felt like a huge inconvenience the whole time we were there. Sadly you've lost our business.
The best reason to visit this chilis is for the ELITE service provided by Richard. This guy made our dining experience so much better. Wholesome, hard-working guy, and hopefully you get him when you go too.We love Richard and Love Chilis
