The staff here is friendly but who ever is making the food at this place which is literally the most important part of any food establishment is not understanding how delicate food is. My burger had a piece of plastic what seemed to look like a sticker in it, small and easy to swallow see photo attached. If the cook likes to eat plastic in their spare time that’s fine, more power to you, but if this was placed intentionally in my burger for whatever reason you are lucky I refrained myself from coming inside. This location is garbage no matter how nice or new this restaurant is. Keep the petty 10 dollars I don’t want a refund from people that don’t care, but this place should be torn down. Do not be fooled !!!!!

One of the cleanest BK's anywhere. My son, daughters and I go here a few times per month. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the store is clean.

I visited here today. Dining inside. My son and I. The manager was taking our order and I asked he a question to only be talked to a a rude tone. I clearly gave her my order… Number one with cheese in a Coke regular size… Plain cheeseburger and a eight piece nugget. She rang me up for a kids meal, and I said I did not order a kids meal.… She got upset and was very rude when I asked her to read back my order. She continue to be rude. So I asked if someone else could take my order please. I told my six-year-old son to go sit down because he was scared. Our food was cold when we got our food and no one seem to care. We will never return here again.

The management of this place needs to do something about the staffing. There is no one monitoring the wait times inside or at the drive thru and then you have a 50/50 chance that they will actually have all the items you want. Definitely not my choice if I need a quick lunch. It took from 17 minutes to get lunch today and several ppl left the line. I hung around because I wanted to see how long it would really take. 17 minutes just to get to the window to pay...still another 3 minutes for them to get me my food.

I was not willing to wait 45 mins in the drive thru, and honestly based on the images and review I was glad I hadn't got to order. Not sure if their inside service is better but I wouldn't count on it.

This place is very clean and beautiful but understaffed. It is absolutely amazing how much work one single employee is doing. And they have a nice smile on theirs faces anyways.

It is disrespectful to customers who deliver a burnt food, and not even respond in a good way when you go to the store to make a claim

I was just here… 8:30am Saturday, March 5th… and I would like to compliment your workers for doing their best while they are short on product and staff..while multiple customers are yelling, leaving, and making fun …..and upper management is nowhere to be found!! Must be nice to throw your workers to the fire, I hope they all quit on you!!! God bless;)

The only thing that was good was the onion rings. The fish sandwich tasted like cardboard not fresh at all! I wish I would have read the reviews. I would just got Gordon's fish from Publix and made my own. Total not worth going here!

This BK is the worst I ever eat!!! They definitely need better Management!!! I place an order and they well lose they didn’t new were the fry’s location on the Frezzer, all the soda’s all out and they just look everybody and don’t do anything to resolve the situation!!!
