I attempted to place an order at the drive up today the menu board said that the item that I wanted was $1.99. After placing the order the person told me that my total cost would be $2.66. To make sure that she had rung up the proper item I repeated it and told her that the menu board read $1.99. She told me that the price hadtincreased and they hadn’t changed it on the board yet!!!! REALLY???? Now that is great customer service!!!!

Horrible place to work. They lie about the pay rate. Was told I was gonna be making 14 an hour as a manager and on my paycheck it said 11.50. Got paid the wrong amount and when I called HR they apparently didn’t want to fix the problem. GM is a little kid with no management experience which I don’t know how he got the position in the first place. The franchise doesn’t care about their workers let alone the customers, They just want your money and out of the store.I never seen the ice cream machine cleaned not once since the 3 weeks I worked there so I wouldn’t get any ice cream let alone food from this nasty place.

The personnel at the window, in particular the Spanish-speaking woman, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The woman in particular was rude from the moment she took the order until a 1/2 hour later when we finally reached the window (with only one car in front of us). She totally ignored us at the window by standing with her back to the window. However, she could not stop talking to the other employees and dancing around. When she finally started filling the order, she left it halfway and another person came to try to complete it. Poorly!!! This awful crew was obviously unsupervised and if any of them was a supervisor, they should all be fired. The food ordered is not free. The least they can do is at least provide good service. Anytime I see people from the food industry, Burger King in particular, demanding pay increases to which they think they are entitled, I remember the poor service rendered and I don’t think they deserve it. If they don’t like what they are doing, they should do something else we’re contact with people is not a requirement. Perhaps dog poo picker. I would give a ZERO rating, but this site won’t let me. These rude people were “working” at 7-7:30 am on May 30th, 2022.

Came in this afternoon and the door was locked behind me. I gave my order to the cashier who stuck his hand inside my cup and then gave it to me. As we ate, we watched 15 people come to the locked door and then circle the building to the other door. Why were they kept out? The drive thru was going, lots of crew members, just refusing to work? Why? Worth noting that the crew member also stuck his hand inside my fry container before putting fries in. Disgusting.

Outstanding service even late at night. They were short sauces and comped me a large fry completely on their own accord. I wasn't even upset about the sauce lol ? thanks!

An absolute great place to go out and enjoy some excellent food with the family. Always friendly and the service is excellent. Can go at anytime and the food is always fresh and the taste is amazing. I can't really say enough good things about this place. You should go and enjoy the food and atmosphere.And they way they can run a drive through is absolutely amazing....flawless every time.

I don't normally leave comments for fast food places. However on 4/3/21 at approximately 9:40 AM, I stopped by to get breakfast with my wife. And our drive-thru cashier Kaleed was exceptional ?, he had great consumer service skills and made our day. I hope he is recognized by BK for his hard work. Thank you.

I arrived in the drive through line @ 10:15am with only one car in front of me…and waited for 20 minutes just to have someone come out and change the breakfast sign to lunch…AND THEN they took the persons order in front of me.I was in line for breakfast.Worst customer service and Burger King Experience.

I waited in drive through for 20 minutes. I saw some people drive away. Or back up and leave. They are losing customers. It looks like you might get better service if you go inside.

RUDE.. waited in drive thru for 25 minutes, while the speaker was on and had to wait for them to sing happy Birthday and open gifts!! The whole time you could hear them... will never visit again!! If I had a choice 0/5 stars!
