everything is great. Especially the breakfast Ave the fish
Very good service and friendly staff
First, the men's room was dirty and the soap dispenser was not working. Service was ok, but slow. Our server spilled cream on our table and said she would clean it up right away, she never did. I then noticed a cigarette butt on the floor, in the restaurant, which was disgusting! The only thing positive was, the food was pretty good. I will not eat there again.
Great food, a bit of a wait but it is Father’s Day.
I recommend not going at rush hour. The staff are usually very good and friendly, but when the place is full, they can appear to be understaffed and a little overwhelmed. We have gone several times and had good food and very nice staff each time.
I asked for a table away from the other customers who were all bunched together. I had some reading I wanted to do as I ate my meal. Even thought the restaurant was perhaps 20-25% full, I was told that other tables were not available. Since Bob Evans' menu is not all that great anyway, I went to a competitor who was more accommodating.
Spent 10 minutes on hold on the phone line, was going to just tell the manager to check his cooks orders for omelets. Just picked up a carryout order. The cook does not know what an omelet is. He placed raw vegetables and a fried egg in a box. 3 omelets were ordered. Got 3 fried individual no salt or pepper eggs. And chopped raw vegetables beside it. An omelet has Ingredients inside of the egg, incorporated into it. Thanks for a breakfast my 10 year old could make correctly. But hey I did get to show my son how to make an omelet since you sent us chopped vegetables to put into it, thus the 2 stars rather then 1.
On a par with IHOP here! Breakfast was great for what was a rainy morning outside. The menu offered ample selection and we enjoyed everything we tried! It was all very very tasty and we would recommend and return here! Nothing to fault but excited to try more next time I return.
Very disappointed. My family is on vacation and decided to get breakfast and we love to go to Bob evans when we are out of town but today we went in a party of 20 and immediately the hostess says no we sit you now she didn’t say we can’t sit together we would understand that but she stated we can’t sit you and then said we have 1 cook and two servers but I honestly feel that it was because we are African American and I say that because as we are standing there. Multiple Caucasian families of 5 and 6 people in the group where welcomed and seated. No excuse was given about there limited staff they were just seated. Then we told them we didn’t mind sitting separate they then told us it would be a 3 hour wait. Will never go back to this location ever. Will gladly take my business somewhere else
This lack of employees is killing all the businesses around here. The wait wasn't horrible, it's just frustrating to wait 20 minutes when there's plenty of empty tables. The waitress did a GREAT job. The food was slow, and didn't taste very good. No flavor to the eggs and no flavor to the hashbrowns. Added some salt and pepper and that were better. My biscuits and gravy were gross. My wife's bacon was burnt. My sons pancakes were perfect. They really need more experienced cooks.
