Dirty place. Bathroom nasty and tables not cleaned
Pulled up at 8:10 to get ice cream. They were closed even though the sign clearly stated closed at 9pm. These guys are never open when they say they are and they never have product when you ask. Idk if they really don't have it or if the staff doesn't want to actually make anything...
Horrible place employees do not care. Could not even take an order, had nothing in stock and had to repeat the order 3 times and they still messed it up. I have family that owns Baskin Robbins store back home and this is appalling, really ruins the experience. Went to Wendy's and got 3 frostys no problem....
Absolutely the worst!! No vanilla ice cream?? What. No ice cream cones. Who runs an ice cream shop and runs out of vanilla. Save time and effort and right on by this place!!
Says it's open until 9 30 on the door and we are there at 7 30 but it was locked. We see workers inside. We then went through the drive through since the doors were locked. We were ignored and saw 3 workers on their phones. They saw us too.
Honestly this is the worst place to go! From all the bad reviews-THE OWNER SHOULD REALLY LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY ARE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL! Please- don’t waste your time going! Beyond ridiculous!!!!
Can’t order anything here. “Not trained to make it” literally this is what we were told ordering Sundays lol
Went in since this is also a Dunkin donuts to purchase a couple drinks and donuts. Tried to find a place to sit every single table was filthy dirty. They had no change for cash paying customers and I ordered 4 Bavarian creme and got vanilla creme instead. Only one employee so was told I had to wait on her to ring up the rest of the customers behind me before she could start my order. For such a busy area that is unacceptable. Wish they had a no stars option.
Stopped for ice cream, we asked for 3 common flavors…each time the girl said, we don’t have that. She wasn’t friendly at all. Finally we asked, what DO you have. She listed a few and my husband ordered one. It was the tiniest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever seen and it was barely balanced,, sitting precariously on top of the cone, We had to laugh, but definitely not impressed with this Duncan/BR location at all. We recommend that you skip this place and move on down the road.
They can’t take cake orders on site. You have to get online and create the order yourself snd it takes DAYS to complete. Just FYI for anyone wanting an ice cream cake. Don’t come here is all I can say
