The service was terrible I’ve never received such bad service in my life… the food was cold and the waitress has such a nasty attitude like it was our fault the food was cold… I spoke with the manager and he said he would make us new food to go which wasn’t what we wanted and then Top it off the bill was wrong… I eat out frequently and have never complained but I guarantee I’ll never eat at any Applebees again because of this place
I visited the restroom whilst there. It was so awful. There was used toilet paper all over the floor. Toilets were blocked with paper and faeces. It was just horrible. This says so much about the place.
We have just eaten at crapplebies. Once seated we had to wait for a drinks order. Then the starter order was taken. When it came out the sauce on the wings were wrong and the buffalo wings were just warm. The main order was taken , when it came the broccoli was missing, we were told by the waitress that it wasn’t included today. The 4 cheese mac and cheese was like water very bland and it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. When we spoke to the waitress she said she had only eaten their once and would not eat there again. Once the mains were cleared the waitress said I would offer you desert but the kitchen is backed up. When we were there there was about 20 people in the restaurant. We have visited this restaurant when we’re on vacation for the last 10 years we will never return. The fact that the table were empty shows the poor quality of food and service
Waited to be seated,which to be fair they said maybe 30,showed to seat and waited left for 30 mins without anyone taking drink orders,all the while a drunk who was at the bar swearing and being a nuisance was not challenged by staff to reign in his language or asked to leave,eventually our food came which was lukewarm,toilets not clean,the drunk continued his tirade on his phone at the exit still without being asked to leave by staff,,all in all a terrible experience,
Had to wait around 30 mins due to staff shortage! Order a shared starter and two kids meals and two steaks! The server forgot to put the starters in which was upsetting. The food came and was fine. Still had to add a tip as per the custom over here even tho the full order hasn’t been taken fully !!!
Wow amazing location, great menu. Staff were excellent and took real care of us. Even though they were short staffed.

The food was very good. Prices were reasonable. The experience was made top notch by our server STACI S. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who is excellent at her job. PLUS, she was personable and had a nice sense of humor. Thanks Staci S. You're a keeper.
Awful service here. It seemed only one employee was working and everyone else was just standing around. Took 5 min to seat us and 10 to take our drink orders.. we ordered after 10 pm and are appetizers were no 50 percent off.. total rip off. If you want extremely bad service then come here
The song got me interested. The promotion for $1 for five boneless wings got me to go. I had not eaten at an Applebee's for a long time as the last time I had a bad experience. However, that s visit restored my faith. I would stop here again if I felt like some Americana food fare.The wings were tasty. The hamburger was delicious. The ranch is on point. Also, special Mountain Dew flavor for the win.It felt good to be fancy like...
