This is probably the worst 7/11 in the champions gate area. Extremely rude employees. And the worst one is the AM of the location, he always has something snarky to say to one of the customers and this place is always under stocked with price tags missing and in the wrong spots.
Ratchet!! Went in there this morning and they had trap music blasting with curse words. Wont be going on there with my kids. Its dirty and boxes everywhere. If you want free slushie its the place to go.
Thee nastiest gas station I have ever seen. Garbage all throughout the Isles, stains of pop and slushy residue caked on the counters, as well as dust everywhere. It’s like no one there knows how to clean. The one employee there looked like she hated her job too. Not except able what so ever if there were a health inspector that showed up it would be shut down the moment they stepped inside. 100% do not recommend go down the road to a million times better 7 eleven! This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star..

I came in to deposit cash into my cash app card. As I left I saw my amount didn’t update and was told it takes time. After three hours I had to contact cashapp and now I have to wait 10 days while they investigate. This is beyond ridiculous the money was deposited because I needed it asap. Now I have to wait because two incompetent and perhaps untrustworthy employees did not do your job. I will be pushing this matter to highest degree

Been here twice, both times card readers are down.
Came here to buy some items and on the door there is a sign that said is closed until 4pm but says during business hours store is always supposed to stay open they need to get the customer service together. Also the last time I came in here they workers just sit there and talk when they have people at the register waiting.
Only 1 cashier with two other employees walking around not doing anything. I waited ten minutes in line to ask if the young cashier could make me two fresh taquitos in the oven. I've never had an issue at two other 711s. The manager who was counting cash said we don't do that. I said I've been to multiple 711s who just throw them in the turbo oven. She said well then I suggest you go to another 711 in a rude tone. I said okay and left. I highly suggest the one in Loughman further down Ronald Reagan. Melvin knew exactly what to do as there is literally a setting on the oven for taquitos. I had no wait in line and they had several employees ready to check people out.
