my drink was soooo cold there usually warm at other 7-Eleven the food was fresher then fresh very clean store, the manager was so nice!

Everytime for the past month Ive gone to this location there is always 2 people behind the counter but neither ever know how to add money to your bank cards. They say ohh my manager didn't give us the code to do it or I dont know how. How is that possible. Ive never experienced this at any other 7 11.A very huge inconvenience!!!!!!!! And annoyance!!!!!!

I would give them a 4 star if it was based on location. As far as the staff they are usually good at communicating. I go in the store about twice a day most days and always get a warm welcome as well as good customer service. I hate going to a store where they feel like they did you a favor for coming to work. At this store it seems like they appreciate they jobs more.
