The most disrespectful management I have ever seen to their employees and for them to be a local business to Crestview it is 100% a disgrace to are community and city. The owner is a pos for treating her employees like that.

Horrible, they advertise prime rib, it was tough, looked so unappealing, said it was smoked, the smoke was artificial smoke. The meat was brown and dried out. I will not go back, that was the worst piece of prime rib I have ever seen. Could not eat it. I despise my appetizer, main course coming to me all at once, they forgot my salad, that came later. This is not a good review but its spot on. Will not go back ever again.
We've lived here for over 2 years and today we finally decided to eat here after church. Now I know why we waited so long to come (it's not good). The average review of this place is pretty accurate. They get a 3 out of 5 and not a decimal point more. Won't be back. P.S. you should probably mop the floor. My shoes wanted to stay in your resteraunt.
Obviously low on staff, went in this past Sunday (like most small place now a days)… Boneless wings tasted great got the citrus chipotle and the mango sauce. Waitress was fantastic and very nice (always kept our water filled) even when she knew the wings were slightly slow to get to us (but they only had one cook for the whole restaurant and to go orders) Price was reasonable, fries were my biggest knock but that’s bc we probably got end of the batch the cook made before he started a new batch… Décor is definitely nostalgic aka 90’s bar feel. Me and my wife will be back.
The ranch is that cheap ranch that kind of tastes like mayonnaise. They charge for celery and carrots. Which is weird because most wing places give you those complimentary. I ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer. It was great, had a sizeable portion and were fresh and crisp. The wings I ordered a set of 10 with the HOT sauce. The wings were meaty and the sauce was actually spicy which was a good thing for me. Service was good, they weren't rude or anything and our glasses never emptied. So all in all I give it a 3.
I do not recommend this establishment. We're locals and this was our second shot at WOF. The first time (about a year ago) wasn't great. This was a order to go. 15 garlic & parmesan wings with extra sauce. What we got was crispy wings drowned with butter standing in the bottom of the container with a sprinkle of parmasean and absolutely no garlic taste. The club sandwich was loaded but the bread was not toasted at all making it sloppy. The chicken sandwich was good and as ordered. The staff was more than friendly but seems to be overwhelmed to say the least and needs more help. The kitchen definitely has room for improvement all around. We may try back in a year or two and see if things have improved. We just spent $50 on a sub par meal.
Honestly as soon as I walk into the restaurant I simply asked “do we sit ourselves or…” and one of the ladies in charge responded with “DO YOU SEE THAT SIGN IT SAYS WAIT TO BE SEATED WAIT THERE UNTIL I GET SOMEONE” food is over priced and not even that good. Very disappointed as I had high hopes for this restaurant. 0 stars if possible.
This place is absolutely awful. #1 the boneless wings are always so tough and can barely chew them. #2 Every single time we make a Togo order we are quoted a time, get there after that allotted time and STILL have to wait another 30 min or more. Not to mention we have to pay for the to go boxes which I have never seen a restaurant do before. Andrea at the bar is as rude as she can be and makes you feel like an inconvenience for calling or even walking in. I do not recommend this place at all. You can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere.
