1st time here! Person taking order in drive thru was courteous and helpful.. There was a wait but definitely worth it. Ordered a patty melt with lettuce and tomato, onion rings and a Dr Pepper shake. OMG! My food was so good! The patty melt was hot, fresh and seasoned just right. My onion rings had a light, thin, crispy batter just the way I like them, they were perfect. And the Dr Pepper shake I couldn't stop sipping it. Definitely go here.
Sat in the drive thru for 40 min. I know places are short handed but a little ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. I wasn't the one eating, finally received the food and we had to ask for items we ordered. The person who ordered the food proceeded to open it and it looked old and tasted bad. Needless to say they didn't finish it. They were from out of state and always wanted to try this place but said never again.

Does this look Like a Dr Pepper shake and a strawberry shake Not to mention the watery gravy worst Whataburger ever. I would call the restaurant to complain but after three times of trying and keep getting your voicemail that nobody’s there to answer the phone pretty much says it all
Efficient and friendly service, though it is worth noting that across each of my two visits to this franchise each of my 'straight from the menu' orders have been served with errors. Thankfully, the staff were more than pleasant in rectifying the mistakes, and as a result my desire to continue ordering from this Whataburger site has not been negatively affected ?
One of the most disorganized places we have been! 10 minutes in line to place order, should have seen the bad out come! 34 min to get order, which was originally given to wrong person, good thing I spoke up and she looked at ticket on bag!! Not exactly sure but appeared to be about 10 employees in back counting managers! They sure can talk, but can't move food! Not worth stopping there again!!
1040 waited 21 minutes in car line thought I had time to stop and eat then get to my destination. Though it would take 8 or less minutes. Fries were warm and sandwich was good. Do not understand why it takes so long, seems corporate take over has changed private ownership of the franchises.
Had a pretty bad experience here. First of all the dining area was freezing(definitely didn't have heat on) and I'm not the type of personal that gets cold easy at all. Second the food took over 20 mins to get. We actually went up to counter after 15 mins to make sure they didn't forget us. There was only two other people there eating and they ordered after our group. Last strike... I ask the lady before ordering if burger had mayonnaise and she said no (I hate mayonnaise). Well whatever sauce they used was definitely mayonnaise based. I was already aggravated and wasn't about to go back up to counter. Though it in garbage and walked out. I don't live here so don't need to worry about eating here again but don't recommend it. And another thing if your gonna make someone wait that long at a fast food restaurant at least give them hot fries.
They got rid of the chop house burger. My favorite burger of all time. It was the best burger of all places that make burgers. I still am not over it, I go now and the other stuff is ok but that chop house I will forever be upset over the loss
