During lunch hour i drow up the drive thru i waited 14 minutes. So i decided to walk in . the manager was in the back office while customer's are waiting to order , i place a order 2 jr cheeseburger and waited aother 12 minutes a total of 22 minutes for 2 burgers. Every that's was working was so slow , i may have to go somewhere else ?????.
It was about an hr before closing when I arrived. There was a very long drive through line which took about 30 mins to get through. But I can understand they were one of the only places to eat still open. Everything was great except the Baconator I had been craving all evening. When I got home I opened it up and took a bite and tasted no bacon. Puzzled I separated the bun from the meat and was in shock when I found 2 tiny strips of bacon ? on it. I went from excited to it will do in no time. Where's the bacon I know where the beef is. How could any red blooded American stick 2 tiny straps of bacon on a sandwich that's named after bacon? Idiots? Probably sat there eating it all to himself and figured skimp the customer and the bacon will be accounted for. Still a good place to eat though
Wendy’s is usually a good option to quickly drive thru and pick up something quick when you’re on the road. This Wendy’s is an exception. The food on which we waited for so long, was cold, the drink didn’t have any taste, and I had an eyelash on top of my salad. We went to the restroom while we waited, and it was filthy. No hand soap, and the stainless steel stall wall and doors were so dirty. All the trash cans in the restaurant were completely full, and there were tables with leftover trash, and French fries all over the floor where they were soooooo slowly making food. It was like we were watching a slo-mo horror movie. I’d love to have my $15.60 back in my pocket. Yuk!
The food was not hot when we got it. It was slightly warm and the burger was dry. Dinning room was unclean. It took longer than normal to get an order although there were several employees present. However, employees were friendly. I thought it quite unusual for all male employees but at least they were sincerely making an effort. I ordered baconater combo and it was a disappointment but I ordered a cup of chili and it was delicious!
Worst experience ever in a drive thru. 3 cars ahead of me and it took over 30 minutes to get my food.We ordered 4 breakfast meals. It took 20 minutes from the time we ordered to just get to the pick up window. The guy at the window handed us our food, one meal at a time. I literally ate my sandwich between the time he handed me my meal and the time he handed us the coffee. At one point, we asked for sugar for the coffee and the guy told us he had to go change the breakfast signs first...really.
Been waiting 30 plus minutes and still no food. This Crestview south location is the worst service I ever got at a Wendy’s. If you can’t do better than this close it down
This Wendy’s is a very busy location, we came at 9:34 p.m. to get a late dinner for our family, they had 8 to 10 cars in the drive thru and 4 people inside. Despite the constant flow of customers this location seems to have any time I have stopped I can say that I am always thinking that you know they are short staffed because the staff that is there are constantly running and working and completely focused on trying to get the customers taken care of. Despite the consistent and always focused work of each and every staff that I have ever encountered at this location, which is worth recognizing all by itself, I will say their was a young man named COLT tonight who not only was always working and trying to take care of every order in front of him but I watched him make a point to double check every bag for the correct order items before handing it to the guest so that they did not go home with anything missing, but also he made it a point to ask every single person for anything else they may need and offering a smile and then quickly returning to work on the next customer promptly and with the exact same quick and concise dedication! WAY TO GO COLT! WITH A WORK ETHIC LIKE YOURS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXCELL AT ANY AND EVERY JOB YOU PURSUE!!!!!!! And sometimes when we see an amazing job being done it deserves a shout out!
Had breakfast, Longer wait, but food was fresh and good. So that absolutely made up for having to wait a bit.
Visited larr night drive thru the selection was slim (very slim) the kid taking my order was very nice he was very well mannered. Food was not very good at all though.
As of late, they've definitely had the B team working the evenings. The drive thru moves as if they are slaughtering the cattle on site before grounding the beef to make the burgers. After the 30 minute wait, come to find the order is wrong.. fantastic ?. Maybe it's the universe's way of telling me to go to whataburger instead ?♂️
