Ordered food from here yesterday and ate it now I have food poisoning I’ll never get food from here again I knew something wasn’t right I stopped eating the burger when I realized it wasn’t cooked fully now I’m sick it’s like they never cook fresh Pattie’s or chicken it’s like they keep old stuff and just reheat it my chicken sandwich was stale not fresh
Extremely friendly staff. Very impressive and welcoming as I had just driven several hours from Tennessee without even one stop. Made me feel right at home and the food was hot. Thank you.
Hubby and I were done with Wendy's. Just by chance we tried this location. They saved a 45 year customer. Yes they did. Been eating Wendy's that long. Clean. Friendly. Food delish
Food is never fresh. I’ve asked several times for them to cook my order fresh and they refuse. Management need to enforce a higher standard. McDonald’s always give me fresh food when I request.
Being a extremely black male, almost blue in color. I decided I needed a job. I decided to apply to the Crestview location. Upon my arrival at the restaurant I was told to wait in the lobby as they located the manager. After waiting for almost 20 minutes I decided this was not the job for me. On a positive note I was hired at urban outfitters....
Couple weeks back watched a girl sneeze into her hands and go back to work like nothing happened. The Manager had to tell her to wash her hands. She touched a lot of stuff that was going out to customers. No hell no. Not coming back. It should be habit to wash your hands immediately.
I just ordered dinner through Uber. I have 3 children and myself I was ordering for. I ordered 3 10pc nuggets and one was missing. So one of my kids can't eat dinner through you guys ?. On top of that one out of the two nuggets that I received were spicy! I specifically made sure I didn't order spicy. So that means someone messed up my order twice and now two of my children can't eat dinner through yall! This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! I've very disappointed. Clearly the manager isn't doing her job right. If she was, then this wouldn't have happened. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will be sure to go to the Wendy's in Niceville from now on.
Someone should tell the staff the importance of washing their hands. Employee did not wash hands after going into men's restroom that she was sanitizing. Bag up food after that. Pointed it out and got attitude. Employees remade food and she Pointed out to others she had washed her hands. Was handling food and had not washed hands still. Then went to the bathroom and washed her hands. Came out shaking them dry and talking about the issue like it wasn't a big deal. I asked management for a refund once I heard that. Dont think it's something to laugh about. Employees should not act this way while working.Will not recommend eating there.
The store's reset was nicely done and stocked with merchandise I haven't seen before. Go check it out.
I appreciate the proximity to our house but we end up going to the far location on South Ferdon because this one often gets the order incorrect. I hate having to go back through the drive-thru to have it fixed if it happens when the lobby is closed. This location often gets busy at a certain time so they wait can be long.
