I have had lunch here 3 times and all 3 were very disappointing. We ordered a child's Spaghetti with meat sauce. It came out first with no meat and the sauce was very watered down. The Chicken Parmesan tasted like a frozen pre-breaded patty and was very rubbery, the paste was cooked OK, but the Marinara sauce was watered down form the still wet noodles. We also ordered a pizza with pepperoni and Mushrooms. The crust was way over cooked/burned and there was a HUGE hand full of partially cooked mushrooms. The waitress asked if the Pizza was ok, she saw the pile of mushrooms then said, "ya, the cook forgot the mush rooms, added them, then put the pizza back in the oven and it got way from him". She laughed and walked away. NOT GOING BACK!!!!

Good meal for the price. I really enjoyed the dense bread along with the caprese appetizer, though I wish there had been more basil. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara which was more like spaghetti and bechamel sauce than traditional carbonara which contains no cream. The sauce was decent but could have been a tad thicker. Also I added chicken to it. The chicken was disappointing as it was a bulk ordered fried chicken breast that tasted like a cheap fast food sandwich. Also the lasagna was ok. It contained lots of pasta that was either overcooked, or prepared then refrigerated while hot and covered producing excess condensation, making the pasta mushy. Don't shy away though overall the meal was good just my observations above, and the service was very friendly. I may try one of the pizzas if I go again.

Heard good things about Vitaliano. Needless to say we weren't impressed. Service was okay but the food was rather bland. Wife had fettuccine with chicken. I had lasagna. Both mediocre at best. We went ahead and had dessert hoping that would save the night. Just more of the same. Left disappointed, probably won't be back.

The rudest people! Will never eat there again! Ive enjoyed dine in with friends there, but on Thursday 5/26/22 at 5:25pm I called to place an order. The first thing I ordered the woman said they didn't have the dish anymore but said she had spaghetti with shrimp. I told her I would order the eggplant dish instead. I heard a man say, "hang up" and the woman hung up on me. Thinking it was surely an accident I called right back. The phone rung and rung. I called again several times afterwards and it still rung and rung then went dead like someone picked it up and left it off the hook. I don't know if they didn't want to take orders over the phone because they were so busy or what, but it was the rudest treatment I have ever encountered from a restaurant .

I haven’t had pizza this good since moving to the pan handle. Amazing quality, the dough is fresh and the ingredients each have a wonderful seasoning to them.I ordered the 4 Formaggi and Meat Lovers (add mushrooms) and both pizzas were powered with their own flavors. The sausage seasoned to perfection, the cheese complemented the pizza crust! Over all amazing pizza!! Highly recommend!!

Went on a Thursday evening, got seated immediately by who seemed like the owner. We then proceeded to sit and wait for 30 minutes while everyone around us was getting served. The owner walked by at-least 3 times and just smiled. I tried to be patient and understanding but we decided to get up and leave without even getting offered drinks. Heard great reviews but I guess they just didn’t feel like serving us that day

Excellent food, service, and a great deal on lunch specials!

House made pasta and pizzas were fabulous. I had the chicken Parmigiana and my husband has the Chris pizza. Both were fantastic. I dare say, maybe the best we've had. We are from California and love looking for the best places to grab a bite. You wouldn't think, finding this in a residential neighborhood, that it would very good. But it is! So worth stopping in here for some real Italian food made by real Italians. It was very affordable, much more so than where we come from. I was pleasantly surprised.

Pizza is good but don’t order chicken Marsala because it’s just a processed chicken patty with chicken flavored GRAVY on top, service was terrible, the waitresses don’t try to help each other and our waitress was loaded or drunk, don’t know which, we were there for two hours and most of it was waiting. All the customers we chatted with were upset. Sorry but that’s our experience.

The most amazing AUTHENTIC Italian food!!!! I grew up in Italy and this was refreshing to my soul ? absolutely loved it!!!!! FIVE STARS
