Went in asked for nachos with chips on the side...broke everyone's brain in the store. Apartently that's impossible. Called tonight asked for pizza said it was discontinued however the taco bell across town said they were just out of supplies and that they were not discontinued. Been here a few years and drive an extra 5 miles for my taco bell
I would give a 0 star if I could. Today may 14 at lunchtime. The staff does not want to work. Worst service I have ever seen. Would recommend not going to this location ever. I hope upper management sees this and takes control of the business. If you let this continue. The employees not taken orders and not respecting the customer. The employees will continue to give this location and bad reputation.
Another fine crestview gem. This place has screwed my order up each time I've gone here, and I don't mean messed it up by forgetting a taco or similar small item, I'm talking like the only thing I usually get right with my order is the bag it was supposed to come in. Not to mention they are drive thru only, so you best pack a lunch because you're going to be there a while, it's slow. And don't go there for the nacho fries unless you're looking to get some pictures of them on their menu because that's the only spot there available, they don't actually sell them, just advertise them.
Odered breakfast through door dash and they failed to place over half the order in the bag. Called them and they agreed to fix the order for free. Drove all the way there from south Crestview for them to just microwave the wrong order, make one replacement burrito and add some hashbrowns that were missing. The epitome of lazy staff and poor management.
50 bucks worth of stuff and not a single thing right. Then, after we paid for everything and moved up to the line, they didn't have three of the items we even ordered including refried beans (which they offered black beans instead lol). We understand that nothing is ever perfect and we usually anticipate a few mess ups. That's never a problem, but the entire meal!!!! Lol. I take it back, the soda was correct. Also, I legitimately got a vegetable filled frisbee. Lmao. We had to have been the last people as there was hardly any meat on anything and no meat on the frisbee. Taco bell near the highschool is the worst taco bell of all time.And they want more money!! Lolol. New manager needed as you are as weak as your weakest link. Lol I laugh to avoid the tears. Lol
Been here a lot recently and everytime I've gone the past month or so my order gets messed up, today I went in asked for 2 bean burritos and 3 beefy 5 layer burritos, for me and a friend. After we paid we were asked to go around front so we did, we then proceeded to wait while the manager, or who assume the manager was, walks out front and got in a car and left, only to pull up 30 seconds later and stand and talk with a gal outside for 20 minutes. When we did got the food we got the 2 bean burritos, but the 3 "beefy 5 layer" were essentially bean burritos with meat, no sour cream or the outer shell that makes it a 5 layer. Not to mention the onions in the beans, that only go in the bean burritos. When I brought the food back the manager, same guy from earlier, argued with me about what the remaining 3 burritos were, no the customer is not always right, this time however they were.
Placed an online order. Got home it was a completely wrong order. Called them asked for a refund. They said they couldn't because it was an online order. Told me to eat what I had then come back and get the right order. I refused. They took my order over the phone. I told them I was on my way. They still didn't have it started. Got home and still missing 2 tacos very disappointed with this service.
Just ordered door dash from here, had a missing item and I had ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. Everything was freezing cold and the quesadilla had very little cheese on it, I practically just ate two tortillas. Awful location. Go to picture to see my quesadilla that they shorted me cheese on.
Seems like this location changes the lobby hours daily; you cannot trust the posted hours. Food is ok, but not worth the headache associated with visiting here. Just go to the South Crestview location if you have to. Taco Town is a better option though.
The food was terrible my wife ordered three taco supremes with steak added and there was like 1 piece in each one. I ordered two chalupas and a soft taco and all 3 of my items was basically bare with no filling at all. Horrible
