This place is garbage and employees are horrible !!! My family came threw and order the party pack of soft tacos with half sour cream and other half with out !! We had to wait 45 mins for our food and the employees where being rude and didn't even want to make our order because they where worried about the drive thru so we get home and out food is extremely cold and the tacos with sour cream didn't have it on them it was on the wrapper instead ! These people have one job and can't even get it right !! ?
A small yet, clean and conveniently situated store, however, the service I received during my visit was somewhat slow, and the server forgot what my order was (a single black iced coffee), which suggests that staff may be potentially overworked, undertrained or having their focus directed to accepting orders with speed rather than accuracy.I would order here again if I were in the area and in a hurry, due to it's convenient location along the freeway, but wouldn't seek it out for a planned dining experience.
Amazing service. Excellent food. I took my husband for his birthday. The waiter made it special without embarrassing singing.We were not in a hurry and never felt rushed.My iced tea was never empty. The sea bass was amazing.The salad wedge was really good. I want their blue cheese recipe.
This is Taco Bell. It has a flavor all it's own. A flavor most of us crave from time to time. The service was however exceptional. I haven't come across a friendlier staff in a long time.
I don't know how hard it is to put sauce in the bag when someone makes an order. It must be hard, because we never get sauce when we order. Maybe it's too difficult for the below average employees.
I don’t review unless I get extremely good or extremely bad service and tonight I got great customer service through the drive thru. I want to say thank you to AJ for being patient and giving me nothing but amazing customer service, I’ll be submitting a similar review to Taco Bell corporate, Thanks again AJ!
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The difference was the demeanor of the drive-thru window server. The young man was very pleasant and professional. You should know I drove out of the McDonald's after a terrible experience.
I only go to TACO BELL after 4 and only when the lady with the gold teeth is I there that lady has the best crew there if you have to wait for an order she Comps you they are polite kind FOOD IS GREAT THANKS NIGHT SHIFT YOU GUYS ROCK
Absolutely impressed with Taco Bell on south side.New employee working and we had a big order we were patient. The new employees co workers were so helpful to her and to us.Kindness goes a long way and these workers are a blessing! With everyone these days being so ungrateful towards those working in this industry.Thank you Taco Bell!
If i could give this location no stars, I would. Every time I go to this location my food and order is completely messed up. I never get anything I order, and when I do get some of my order, there is stuff in it I asked there NOT to be. Even from the APP! What if I was allergic to it? Come on people. I don’t have time to always go back and fix my order that should’ve been done right to begin with!!!!
