Ordered online. Got 2 sandwiches completely wrong. Ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies. None were chocolate chip. In order to get a refund im told i have to bring the sandwiches back. Will not be using this horrible subway again

I waited over 10 mins at the window for my order and never received it. I am so angry.

So my order had a sandwich removed from it and on top of that the 2 other sandwiches that were ordered were wrong it was a hour before closing but still the lack of effort to make a sorry sandwich

Sat in the drive thru an hour and fifteen minutes while the employees walked around dazed and confused. No other patrons were in the store while I watched through the drive through window. I’m not sure how long it takes to make three sandwiches, but I’m sure I could have gone to the grocery store, bought everything I needed, and made my own sandwiches in that amount of time. The employee excused away the terrible service with “a new guy”. Perhaps, if the two employees inside actually worked and the employee with the excuses spent less time vaping outside, the wait would have been a still unacceptable 45 minutes. This is a store ran by unsupervised teens without the slightest understanding of work ethic or integrity. I will never return.

I've been going here for years. I thought the drive thru process would be a lot quicker once they got the new ordering display put in but I was so wrong...well half wrong. It depends on who works. If you go during the day, the older lady who works is absolutely fabulous. She's nice, quick with food, and gets the right every time. But if you go in the evenings, you get the young staff and they are ridiculously slow and get it wrong sometimes. Tonight was the worst. Drive thru took 41 minutes. Then the kid tells me the sandwiches were made a long time ago. They didn't appear to be toasted either. The positive thing I can say is he did give me a $6 discount for the wait.

Husband and I went through the drive through in the Northend. Surprise! They have a new ordering kiosk now. Touch screen, pretty nifty. Easy enough to use. Got to the window and waited as always. Young man brought us our order then handed me a little packet. Felt squishy so I looked at him funnily. He quickly explained it was a treat for my pupper. Had our pibble, Tater, in the back seat. So he got a nice slice or 2 of ham as a treat. Was a nice little surprise. Tater says Thanks guys! It was nummy!

Want to support Bob Sikes Elementary....left well fed and well served!

My sandwich was not even pre wrapped before putting it in the brown bag for all the veggies to fall off. I really would like to post a pic.

Excellent food and choices, however prices are too high.
