Love this convenient to the interstate and to the road that leads to destin location. The people working here are very nice. If you go when tourists are in town your mobile order time may not actually be ready when it says on your app. They have a lot of beautiful Starbucks merchandise. Today they tried to give me a plain bagel instead of an everything bagel with one butter instead of 4 like I asked on the mobile receipt. They also gave me a cup of ice instead of ice water. Thirsty dog. I think they need more coffee breaks for employees so they can concentrate on what they are doing more. The seating area is very spacious, love that! This store is right beside some Tesla charging stations which is great for electric car owners. Best summertime drink is a double blended lemonade with extra ice, other recommended faves. Hot drinks are matcha tea w almond milk. Love having Starbucks in Crestview!❤️ ??☕
Absolutely, hands down the slowest Starbucks. Time and time again they do not pay attention to the people waiting for drinks and constantly ignored. You could stand there for 5 mins and your drink was already made just sitting there. Then wait another 5 mins for them to get to you.Defiantly have a chain issue.
Anticipate a long wait for your order. Lines to order are long. Lines waiting for their orders are long. I've mobile ordered here twice and still waited 20-30 minutes for my drink.
I have been coming here for so long now and couldn’t believe I haven’t put a review up for them yet. Although I’ve never been a big fan of Starbucks before, this store has won my heart! I love my favorite regular barista’s and they make such an amazing effort to show me the same love with every drink and encounter! I can only see this from a management standpoint; so a big congrats to the Manager of this store for inspiring great employees to work you! To many more years of fantastic business! -love Chris
These people work hard to get everyone their fancy coffee orders. They do a great job. Please be kind to them.
This starbucks is the best establishment to visit for a good ole' cup of joe! Everytime I have gone through the drive thru, the workers are always very sweet & will answer any questions I may have. The inside of the store is kept clean & the workers are always bustling to get out the orders quickly! Definitely recommend! And if you go try the venti iced white mocha w/ 3 shots of raspberry!!
Shoutout to the lady at Starbucks who made me her Snickerdoodle creation. That ish was yummy. Also my son said you rocked with his Caramel Ribbon.if she is on here can you please tell me your recipe again. PLEASE
I just went through this drive-through and ordered a coffee and when I got to the register the girl that works there (really pretty with brown hair) told me that she had paid for my coffee herself. What she didn’t know is that I had stopped there to get coffee because I’ve been in the NICU all week with my newborn baby that was born premature. Her kindness had me so emotional I had to pull over because I was tearing up. This Starbucks has amazing employees who go above and beyond and I hope the girl working there today gets recognition for how caring she is.
Everyone here is always super nice and respectful, despite having a backed up line nearly 24/ (maybe there’s a correlation there ?). Never had my drink made wrong, as long as it was clarified correctly on my end how I wanted it. Top notch location, right here. If I could complain at all, it would just be to say that they need a larger parking lot and more employees! Speaking of which…maybe I’ll apply and learn how to make some coffee and banana nut bread for myself for a change.
Very long wait thru drive thru. Went inside got my order pretty quick.
