Good food, good ice cream and shakes, only problem is their mobile order app sometimes shows they are out of stock on items when they aren't, which is proven by ordering the same thing with it not being a meal, and ordering the drink and sides separately, to equal the same exact food. Other than that, Crestview Sonic, very nice, staff are incredibly nice and hard working. Love to go there after work.
HORRIBLE. Went through the drive thru and when we got home, we foynd that half our food was missing and no sauces at all. They brought a chili dog to the car with no bag. Just the sleeve they put it in so it was open. The rest of the food was in a bag. Asked for a bag for the chili dog and the girl just stood and stared. Called the manager and he acted like he didn't know what to say for resolution.
Mediocre at best. I have gone here several times, but the last few has been nothing but disappointment one after the other.i usually only go for shakes since there is no other good shake places in town. I went through the deive through and ordered chicken tenders and 4 mini shakes. Because the chicken tenders were taking so long they brought out the milkshakes after 15 minutes and they were completely melted and watery. They told me it was gonna be another 10 minutes for the tenders and i just decided to leave empty handed and very disappointed.
Just absolutely horrible we went through the drive-through ordered a vanilla shake no whip or cherry, and a raspberry slush. 1st the person had the sizes on them mixed up stop so when we try to correct them on the sizes then he wanted to take off the shakes.. When we say no that we just needed the chat sizes swapped to add the shake bag and then he kept adding a banana shake and we kept saying not banana not banana and finally I got out of the car and went inside I was furious I thought they were playing a joke on us!
DO NOT GO HEREThis store is the “best” and by that I mean it is best at pushing everyone away. Been here twice and both times took over 30 minutes for 2 or 3 items. Second time, guy taking my order said “hold on” then rang up the wrong item and told us to pull forward when we hadn’t finishers ordering. Women who brought said wrong item out gave attitude towards us for having to correct her co-workers incompetence.
Ordered a master shake and a regular shake, Buffalo chicken bites and 2 corn dogs. The master shake had to be remade bc I ordered oreo cheesecake and they gave me chocolate. (The regular shake was chocolate). The Buffalo bites were swimming in sauce and were super spicy, I mean REALLY hot. I never got any ketchup or mustard with my corn dogs and they were very greasy. Service was good. Slow, but they were somewhat busy.
I pull up at 9:57 just wanting a sweet tea, that’s all. they come to speaker box telling me they’re closed. I asked if they just have sweet tea, that’s all i wanted and I knew they closed at 10. They told me they’re in the middle of closing down the store so they can’t give me anything. Why would you CLOSE DOWN THE STORE when you’re not even closed yet. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Other times I just didn’t even bother because I’ve worked fast food and i know it sucks when someone pulls up last minute but closing down to the point where you can’t even make a drink before you’re even closed is kind of annoying. When i asked why they couldn’t because it’s not even 10:00, they just stopped responding.
I ordered tots with cheese and jalapeños. I got tots with sliced cheese laid on top of it. Most of the cheese was not melted. Of course there were a half-dozed fries on it. My wife's Banana/strawberry milkshake had no bananas, her cheese sticks were cool inside and of course there were fries mixed in. The kid that delivered was extremely polite though and was tipped accordingly.
I love Sonic. This location is horrible. It took almost 40 minutes from the time I pushed the button to get my food. They got it wrong 5 times. When I asked for a refund the "manager" threatened to call the police. The young girl, supposed "manager" refused to make it right. I would not suggest going here. The employees are entitled and unwilling to be helpful.
These guys and girls are really trying to do the best they can. Please be patient because they are shorthanded. Every worker I've contact with is busy, but they are always friendly and have a smile on theirs faces.
