Drive thru workers are just plain rude. And then you hear their snarky comments through the speaker cause they forgot to mute their headset. SMH I should have just drove across town.
I love McDonald's and I would like for everyone else to have a great experience with them . I really don't know how to rate this business because all of us are different but my personal experience with the McDonald's off of John Sims on 20th Street has been an up and down experience . I think it has a lot to do with supervising ones staff . I think it does quite well because of the drive-thru . ??
Great staff great food love going into the store of its cleanliness had wonderful experiences every time I came in we'd highly recommended for family and adults 5 stars over

Just called up there bc three days ago I ordered and had mold on my food and was too busy to call around that time and apparently they weren’t able to do anything about it, but the crazy about it is I’ve WORKED for costa family McDonald’s and the regulations were very much different from now ! Also. Whoever I was on the phone with had an attitude .
This McDonald's in North Crestview is always on the ball and all the food I've had has been good and my orders correct. I've only went through the drive through at this location, so I can't comment on the inside, but I've always had great service here. Everyone had been very friendly as well. I definitely recommend this location!

I assume it's because McDonald's tend to pay a little higher these days but the staff is always very friendly...... the food..... eh, it's McDonald's, sometimes it's good sometimes it's ok but again. It's McDonald's
Ordered my food through drive through didnt bother checking inside the bag while there was quite a line behind me literally left out the whole sandwich of my meal but didnt leave out card board tasting fries tho?
