Ordered a cappuccino with 2 extra shots of espresso. Was given something that had whipped cream on top and tasted sweet. When I brought it to their attention I was told that they took what came out of the machine and added chocolate syrup to it. Not sure what went wrong where (I ordered on the self-order machine so couldn't have been my accent). Couldn't convince them something was wrong so just had to leave the cappuccino there and walk out.
Since when is this a McFlurry? I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweetened tea. I had rather them just be honest at the second window and say they didn’t have sweet. You ask for the sauce for your nuggets and it takes a act of congress seems like. I won’t be back. This is why they can’t get payed top dollar in fast food. You have to do the bare minimum first !
My daughter came by your store today and placed an order for breakfast at 1034. So she missed it by 4 minutes. She was told and I quote "We aren't serving breakfast now because it's 1034. What can I serve you for lunch?" My daughter replied with "Im not wanting lunch, just breakfast" she then told me the rude McDonald's worker behind the speaker says to her "Ma'am, you need to make your mind up because I have folks waiting behind you" my daughter replied with "there is nobody behind me & I'll take my business elsewhere"What a rude cuπT you have working behind the speaker. That's very rude and unprofessional to say the least. These kids are wanting 15 an hour? These punk a$$ kids need to learn some respect for themselves and other people. If this girl was working for me, I'd walk her right out of the building and off the grounds. You managers need to do a better job at training folks and upper management needs to be known this as well. I will be by later today and I'll be speaking to the district manager before I come by. This is absolutely ridiculous! Y'all lost out on a good 50.00 meal order. Just remember, without customers, this place would shut down. Might be good if you reiterated these words to your young staff.
Third times not the charm. Fish filet, no steamed bun, drowned in tartar sauce. Old, cold, and stale filet. Tried to eat just the filet but I couldn't get past it. Disappointed because it's literally the only fish sandwich I like. But three times in a row it's been one issue or another. Will not be doing that again. I get other things and they are fine. But never my fish. Nobody was rude or anything, however, they weren't too busy to cook fresh fish. If you go here, do not eat the fish.
Very slow drive thru even with a mobile order. And even though they are open 24 hours supposedly, their ice cream machine wasn't working. It seems that 9 out of 10 times whichever McDonald's I go to and try to order ice cream, they say the machine is down or being cleaned. It doesn't matter what time of day it is either. They are getting so expensive also, but it isn't just McDonald's. All fast food places along with groceries and gas and everything else is getting expensive.
We stopped in here on the way home ? Very friendly employees here & the store was extremely clean ? The tea was really good as well which means the water is decent here ? I really want to point out that this establishment deserves huge kudos for how well the employees all get along ❤️? That is not an easy feat ? I definitely recommend this McDonald’s to all ❤️❤️❤️
What's up with only using half a piece of cheese? Also, my sandwich looked like whoever made it had their eyes closed, as a good portion of it wasn't even I the bun and was glued in place by the half piece of cheese. That being said, they do a great job cooking the fries properly (they are not over cooked).
Unbelievable!!! They are lying when they say 24 hours. It is not 24 hours. They don’t ever get my order right. Purposely did not give me my food, locked the window and shut down all drive thru for a smoke break. Won’t answer phone so I can just pick up my food and leave. Employees see my car outside as they’re all outside. I wouldn’t recommend. I go here a lot due to work being close to there but they just don’t care about you or the food they give you. Employees are lazy, there is never a manager on duty (so employees say) honestly don’t be surprised if they mess up your food or forget anything because they just don’t care enough.
Where do I start...the cashier was rude, she was telling everybody to go use the kiosk, what happened to customer service? Maybe they didn't want to use the kiosk, they're covered with germs and I wonder if they ever clean them. The kiosk didn't work for us, our order never went through, it shut down and we had to start all over. Our food was cold, the buns on our burgers were stale and hard. Some of the sauces weren't available for chicken nuggets. The shamrock shake machine was in "clean mode", good thing I asked before I even ordered. Our first night in Crestview 3 weeks ago this same McDonald's was awesome, the food was great and the staff was friendly but Sunday afternoon, not great.
Management is lazy and incompetent. High turnover rate on staff. Food is meh on the absolute best, which for even McDonald's is not good. Constantly missing stuff in orders and sloppy. Literally one of the worst McDonald's locations I've been to.
