Best sandwiches EVER!!! I don't even like sandwiches but I got some coupons from sweet deals for 50%off and I thought I'd give them a try. Never knew a sandwich could be so great. Service upfront is appears new so it's not a fast in and out but they are working and they don't let the long lines distract them from making America's best sandwiches. Worth the visit. I got the Jalapeño Turkey crunch!!! Another day got the McAllisters Club!!!
Just not a fan of this chain. Everything is mediocre at best and trying to be upscale. The cold cuts used to make a sandwich just tastes overprocessed lacking any depth of flavor the soups clearly are industrial probably delivered in large bags dumped in a pot to reheat.It is not horrible by any means but too expensive for what you receive even if it is delivered on a fancy looking plate.
Went in after church, my wife and I had a good cashier. Four other people of the group had a different cashier that was rude and disrespectful. When two of the other four was delivered there food they let the little cashier know their order was wrong. She quickly defended her self by saying you are wrong that is what you ordered. Well the older couple said this isn't what we ordered, but didn't want to cause a scene. The cashier never offered to make it right.The manager was great came to the table checked on us even refilled the drinks. Didn't let him know about the incident, felt help is hard to come by people need to work. But saying that the person may be causing people to never return. Food was great.
I was pleasantly surprised as this is my first time being here. This McAlisters is very clean and friendly. The Ruben had plenty of meat and was allowed to substitute the sandwich to my preference.
Great lunch spot salads are excellent and service as well. The sandwiches are all very good and recommend getting the baguette as a bread choice.
Pretty good grub, but it didn’t exactly “knock my socks off.”Their “famous tea” is very good.Overall enjoyable.I would order from this restaurant again.
I called the local number listed and ordered through an automatic system. The system even stated my order was for my area and quoted my last to go order then asked if I wanted to reorder my last order. The automated system claimed my order wouldn’t be ready for pick up for an hour and 20 minutes. When I pulled into the drive thru and asked why the employee said more than once that they were not so busy it would take an hour and 20 minutes to make my order (which was a $40 order) but they could not find this order I called in more than 10 minutes before. I said ok well this is what I ordered (quoting my order) and asked for it to be made. They had to “ask” their manager if it was ok. Then they came back and said they double checked and my order didn’t come through and they could not make it for me. I said let me get this straight….I can park my car right now and walk inside and you will take my to go order immediately. The employee agreed. Then I said, but You won’t retake my order at the drive thru? He said correct because this is not a drive thru, but a pick up window. I said, but I did call in my order, that you cannot find..Btw there is the number on the drive thru window that I literally could have called while staring at the employee and reordered my food to go… they wanted to be extra ridiculous in my opinion. I made a complaint on my local Facebook. To which an employee commented that the order was later found had been sent to a city in Kentucky under the same name as ours so it was your system error that caused the problem to begin with but your employees and management wouldn’t help expedite my order via drive thru because they didn’t receive it on their end. I ended up having to order pizza for dinner instead and you lost out on good money.
One of my favorite places to grab lunch. The club sandwich is my favorite! Food is always great and service is good.
I ordered a sandwich with extra mayonnaise. I get home and have a sandwich with no Mayo. Can you wonder why I don't even bother to frequent a place that can't it right. So, should I let my friends know about the service? Frustrated!!!
I love the ultimate nachos but this time I didn't get enough chili on it. The food is great. The people are friendly.
