Don't waste your time or money. Drive tru person unprofessional and honestly unpleasant. Arrived 5 minutes before 1030 and she was waving her hand to prompt us to leave. I did not have the patience to deal with this customer service at its worst. I left, you should get better employees and care about your establishment. Hello its 2021 covid. People are more then ever cautious where we spend money.People don't wate your money ?..... update a year later I try to try this place again and an establishment that supposedly open at 750 said they are closed with an attitude. This is the worst fast food place in crest view.
If I could give negative stars I would. I honestly don’t know why I even keep coming back to this place. Yesterday I played an online order maybe around 1030AM for a 530PM pick up. I get there, go inside, stood at the counter for 15-20 mins before a customer shouted to someone that I was even there. Took another 10–15 mins after that for someone to even come ask my name for the order. Once I gave my name all she did was roll her eyes and complain about my big order. So after getting my name and complaining I was there for another 20 mins or more waiting for the food. Customer service here is terrible. Upon getting home the bucket of chicken I got was nothing but wings and it was so dried out you couldn’t even bite it. This is why I got to Popeyes. And I’ll jus let add that the inside of this place is horrific and nasty dirty.
Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich big box meal yesterday and it was not only hot and fresh but very delicious. I didn't happen to catch the woman's name at the window however, she was super friendly and I could tell had a very caring attitude. I don't normally write these however, she did an awesome job and deserves a shout out. Once again food was great and I didn't enjoy the new Sweet Lightning Mt. Dew but that's not their fault.
KFC has the best service in Crestview to me. They are friendly and are good to all customers. When I want chicken this is the place to go. The manager Keke is awesome I hope she knows that
Usually this kfc is pretty good, tonight I was very disappointed. Chicken was over battered and over cooked. ?
The lady at the cash register inside was super nice. Got food to go and order was perfect and fast! Nicest KFC we have been to.
I'm new here to Crestview & Everyone at this location was extremely friendly. Kiki was so funny & so kind. She is definitely a blessing at that location. The food was good, they were quick in getting my food to me & I Love that. My experience was a good one & I was pleasantly surprised.
Went through drive thru and ordered an 8 piece family chicken meal,,,,,,did not receive that........I got a 4 piece with 1 side was suppose to get 2, 1 biscuit was suppose to get 4, and 4 fingers which I did not order. I live 20 minutes from the store and should not have to return to get the proper order.
Don't bother....I've ordered from here multiple times both in person and via third party apps. It's a one in three shot to actually get served, even in person. When you actually get food, it's decent for what it is... IF you can get them to take your order.Online orders are accepted, the delivery person arrives and they claim that I cancelled the order. Then they cancel the order while I'm on the phone with the delivery driver. The app literally shows that it was cancelled on their end, but they claim it was me. It's happened three separate times in the past two months where I waste thirty minutes and my money is locked in a refund process for 3-5 days.In person...I waited at the menu board for ten minutes when someone gets on the speaker and says they're closed while laughing. Nevermind that the restaurant has customers eating inside and the car ahead of me is at the window getting their food.
This location (N crestview, Florida) does not demonstrate good customer service skills whatsoever. Not only was I rushed to order at the drive thru by sherry, I didn’t get a greeting or any friendly customer service at the window from sherry either. Sherry handed me my food, slammed the drive-thru window, rolled her eyes at me, all because I didn’t order in a timely manner after expressing to her that this was my first time visiting KFC, and she forgot to give me my debit card back as well. I don’t know if I just caught her on a bad day or what, but after that service and how I was treated, I will not be going back.
