Excellent! First time here and the food was amazing. Kendall was awesome and answered all of my questions with a smile. I highly recommend Hub City. We’ll done!
I've been there quite a few times had quite a few different things off the menu and haven't found anything not wonderful to eat. Always good service.
Great hometown spot. Great Q. Friendly folks and great prices. Make sure you try it when in town.
The pulled pork was excellent and I really enjoyed the coleslaw.
Wonderful! Food was fantastic! Service was fantastic and so fast! They are dog friendly on their outside patio. They brought out water for both our dogs and a couple pork bones. Cooper and Charlie give them 5 stars too! Definitely give them a try! You will be glad you did!
Pretty good BBQ. He had the brisket and pulled pork plate with baked beans and fries, fries could have used some salt, and I the BBQ baked potato, I was able to eat it for dinner then again for lunch the next day. The service was excellent. The prices were on point. We will visit again.
First time here, the food was very good, good portions with reasonable price, i uploaded pictures of the menu as well. The day we went they were very busy but you see them working so hard and trying their hardest to attend everyone’s needs.Highly recommended!
My husband had the two-meat platter and I had the rib platter. Both meals were good, but not amazing. All of the meats were just as well-cooked and seasoned as any other BBQ we've ever had -- no better and no worse. We enjoyed our meals and had no complaints about the flavor. HOWEVER, we want to warn other diners about hidden fees. We ordered in person for takeout. Lindsey (the counter staff) asked my husband if he would be paying by card or with cash. He said card. She asked for his order. He gave it. When she told him the total, he immediately knew the total was too high. The numbers were not what he expected. She reminded him that he had decided to order the full-rack of ribs and not the half-rack. He thought that might account for the discrepancy, so he allowed her to continue. He reviewed his receipt and discovered that he was charged $1.38 fee for paying with a card AND ANOTHER $1.75 fee for getting takeout! He told Lindsey that he did not appreciate her NOT telling him about those fees. But it was too late to matter. We were forced to pay $3.13 in additional fees, which may not sound like much, but when you think about the fact that their side dishes are all between $2.00-$3.00 you realize that that means we bought an entire extra side dish. Sodas are $2.50. Essentially, we paid for an extra drink and a half. Between these hidden charges and the average BBQ, we probably won't eat here again. If we do, we will bring cash and eat in.
I can’t believe this place is number 3 in Crestview. We had the nachos and bbq platter, 3 meat combo. The prices are very reasonable for bbq so that’s the high side. I do not recommend eating here if you like good bbq.
But for decisions made by management this restaurant should be getting a rating of 5. We had a slab of ribs with baked beans and collards. The ribs were perfect and did not need any sauce as they had mopped it well when cooking. When the bill was presented it included tipping suggestions and also a fee for using a credit card. When I was in business such a charge would not have been allowed under the terms of the agreement. I resent it being done. Further, the suggested tip was figured on the total charge...the food, drink, taxes AND credit card charge. This is not kosher.....tip should be figured on food and drink total only.
