Ordered five burritos for delivery. Received 4. Called..when I told them the man just said “Jesus Christ” They said can’t you come get it? …no…I ordered delivery for a reason. They said they have no way to get ahold of delivery driver and to call the delivery company. So I did. They can’t do anything as they aren’t the ones that forgot to put the burrito in the bag. I figured this is the case because the burritos are labeled 1, 2, 3, and 5. I tell hotheads this and they offered a refund or I can just pick it up now. Ask for the manager. There isn’t one. Get the managers name but they don’t have any contact information for her. This is the 3rd time food has been missing. If it was the first time. Ok mistakes happen…..but it’s the third. In a row. Guy asked “you just want me to deliver it because that’s not happening” then hangs up. Again….I know they offered a refund. And if it was the first time…ok cool. I know stuff happens. But… no oh I’m so sorry about that no politeness I just get a exasperated “Jesus Christ” and told to come get it . Husband goes to get it as he was told to do….wasn’t made told my husband to get to the back of the line to wait for the burrito we ordered and wasn’t made….
I’ve been coming here to eat for a long time because I love the food. My favorite thing to eat are the tacos. I like my tacos a certain way and I get them that way every time I come. However, to night as I was ordering my tacos the way I like them I had the lady making my order put pork, rice, and beans on it and as I got the end of the counter to finish it off with a few more things she informed me I could only add one more thing to my taco. I asked if I pay more can I get the things I wanted on my tacos. She informed me that due to a new rule I could only have 3 items on my tacos even though she was about to add the 4th item. I was a little aggravated with the situation but decided to be respectful and not make scene. I’m frustrated because I can go to any fast food chain in this country and get my food made the way I want it. Especially when I’m paying just short of $20 for four tacos and 2 drinks for my wife and I.

Eat here all the time. Hot Head is definitely on the same level as Chipotle and Qdoba, but still with their own unique taste. Tons of sauces to choose from, so you can switch things up every visit if you want.I recommend the Cantina Nachos, best plate of nachos from a fast-food style restaurant that I’ve had.
I have eaten at and enjoyed the Hotheads here in Crestview Fl for some time now. The food and staff are always great. On my last visit I noticed some discrepancies with the pricing for double chicken on the two burritos I ordered. I was charged double for both. To confirm I wasn't crazy when I got home created the exact same order "for Pick up" from the same restaurant. I posted the receipts below. I realize the $5.75 ish difference may be trivial, but If this can be corrected or made right I would appreciate it. Thanks
Was so glad I got to make a trip to Crestview, haven't had Hot Heads in over a year. Food is good, and spicy! The Employees are always kind and knowledgeable of the food.
I Was in town twice over the last few months and dined here, Both times food was tasty, good selection, good service!
Love this place! They have generous portions and the food is fresh and delicious! Their staff is awesome, always smiling and helpful, which is the key in restaurants nowadays. Restaurant was clean & staff very friendly but the food... very bland. We ordered a burrito, burrito bowl & steak queso. The only flavor in the food was provided by the sauces otherwise there was no flavor. Very disappointed
