Employees seemed put out that they had a customer. Food was mediocre. Best thing was the fries. Won't be back based on the service.
I wanna start off by how I do love the Hot Dog Shoppe. My husband and I are originally from Pennsylvania, where this restaurant is originated from. Don't get me wrong the food is good, my family and I have had them a few times, but yesterday a woman was rude to my husband because we had a big order (family of 5) and had messed up our order. Horribly. There was hardly any chilli or cheese on the fries or hot dogs. The Pittsburgh was pretty good if I do say so myself but I feel as if some of the chilli that was in my burger could have been put on the fries and dogs that was ordered. I'm not sure if the woman was mad because we had an order that big or what, but the attitude is not acceptable. I'll buy again from there but if that woman is working in there, forget it. Deal breaker.
Food was amazing and the workers were awesome. They even helped me carry my drinks to my car. Very new to the area and we will definitely be coming back
I ordered a hamburger all the way and my boyfriend ordered the Chicago dog. My hamburger was delicious and Eddie enjoyed his dog as well! We will be back!
They have the best fry's in Crestview. They cut them fresh just like In & Out Burger. Staff are personable and fun!

Great food and drinks, even better help. These girls know how to fix you up with a delicious meal. From hot dogs and sausage, home cut skinny fries with all kinds of tounge pleasing toppings to their award winning fish, they are hands down worth the visit. You won't regret it. Give'm a try... I bet you'll be back for more.
I had a double bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. It reminded me of the burgers I used to get when I was little. I will be going back.

Love this place, been coming here since they opened back when Bob owned it. I enjoy most everything on the menu, but the Brat lunch special is my favorite. It really is a hometown kitchen. If you haven't been and you're in Crestview you should stop by. You won't regret it.
