the tuna dip was awesome!! over all everything was great

Best smoked tuna dip ever! Excellent food and service

Was excited to eat there they have four tables next to the fresh fish, one table left on that side 5 others open on the other side. I told them I prefer to sit on the open side as it was crowded with a loud mouth person on the fish side informed me I coukd sit on the big side because the wait staff was taking turns. So I told my wife we would just leave. Sorry, for the prices which I didn't have a issue with, I didn't come to accommodate the wait staff. When the big side was have empty.

The food was absolutely amazing! However, the dishes are smaller portions, so if you are wanting a portion to eat and possibly take home that won't happen. I ordered the shrimp linguini and the flavor profile was delicious. My dining partner ordered the ambassador (fried platter of different items) both plates were enjoyable and the pricing is fair compared to other restaurants like this one. The negative was the noise level, it's so loud in the small dining area that you can't enjoy conversations due to not being able to hear anyone sitting across from you. The music could be turned down a bit. Overall a decent dining experience.

We started out with the tuna dip that was excellent with fresh smoked tuna. This is probably the same tuna salad that is on their sandwich so don’t hesitate to get it. We ordered the fish tacos and scallops. The fish tacos were fresh and excellent with wasabi aioli. The scallops were tiny so not sure if you can get larger ones but they were tasty. The cheese grits are amazing too!

We have always loved Emerald Isle until this past weekend. When we entered to a less than half full dining room we requested a table for 4 since we needed some extra room, which the response was we can't do that since we are taking turns which made no since because it was a special request that could easily be accommodated. A couple came in right behind us and was immediately seated at a table for 4. We have always appreciated the portion sizes at Emerald Isle however I ordered the crawfish tails for $11.50 that came out in what can only be described as a small saucer with about 20 very small tails at the most. Meals were not up to par as is usually the case and it's very doubtful if we will be returning.

I pass by this place every day. I finally decided to stop by. I bought some cod and cat fish. The lady was nice enough to wrap it all in ice for me. I love that they have a military discount. Prices are a little higher, I suspect because it’s fresh. Cod was really good.

I have been frequenting thisrestaurant for perhaps 20 years. It changed ownership a few years ago. The servers have always been great until recently. A certain server was so bad this past Saturday he said...just go online and say the curly headed guy was awful. Then he laughed. Well. The curly headed guy was awful and I will refuse him everytime I go. The food is great!

I must say, my husband and I traveled from northern VA to Fort Walton, Beach/Panama City/Pensacola to watch our son play baseball this week, and out of all the places we tried and/or had available to us, we were very, very lucky to find Emeral Isle Seafood Restaurant. The service and food were better than anything we have had in Florida, and anywhere between Virginia and Florida in quite a while. The seafood was fresh and of the highest quality and the cooks (husband and wife team) are amazing in their skills and preparation! Thank you to the cooks, the host, and the waiter and waitress who served us not once but twice during our stay in Florida.

You have to come out if you gaven't. Best seafood!! Ask for Hayden, great waiter. And don't forget the oysters!! Delicious!!
