Dropped in for a Coffee and some donuts for my wife. I was VERY caffeine deprived and my lack of ordering skills was almost non-existent.That being said they were very patient with me and got me on my way in a decent time (even being short handed like most places these days) with my order correct. They lose one star because the donuts are shipped in precooked and frozen to be defrosted and decorated in store. Not sure why the decision to do that was but it is not the same.

Let me begin by saying im a huge fan of Dunkin, just not this one. They love their iced coffees so much they always make their hot coffees ice cold. They make donuts that are the same level of dryness as the box they come in. They soak their hash browns in water after cooking. I won’t even go into the sandwiches because they never end up in the bag. Please refrain from wasting your money here. You will be let down the same way I have been.

Had the same experience as reviewer T N Garner today. My grandmother requested a minute to look at the menu in the drive thru and when she said "hello" to place her order a minute later she was rudely told to not yell into the speaker. The person taking her order continued to be rude throughout the interaction, while my grandmother was polite and didn't even point how rude the employee was to her even after we left.I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews and complaining about workers because you never know what people are going through and especially for things relating to the service industry, ESPECIALLY during current world events that have caused shortages in product and good employees but this is something that really needs to be worked on, once again I'm going to point out that if you scroll through the reviews you can see this is a reoccurring issue.Coffee was fine, what I would expect from Dunkin Donuts.- Additional advice for other people in search of a place to buy good coffee in Crestview -For coffee in Crestview I recommend avoiding the big chain coffee spots and instead going to little haven coffee across the street from exodus ministries. Excellent coffee from a local business, GREAT service and similar pricing for a higher quality product. Please support local businesses, especially ones with great service.

I usually go to this Dunkin every morning before work. After the experience I had today I WILL NOT be going back. The girl at the window was so rude and so was the one who took my order.

I come to this location on a fairly regular basis. I have never had any issues with the staff at all. They've always been very polite in the drive thru. Until this morning. Whoever the woman taking orders at the drive thru is she has no business doing so. She is rude. After pulling up to the window and waiting for a while without being acknowledged. I assumed after a few minutes maybe they didn't realize I was there. I said "Hello?" To which she replied by telling me not to yell into the speaker box and someone would be with me soon. I have been in guest service 16 years. I wouldn't yell into the box if I had been acknowledged! You have to greet people and let them know you're there! If she had just said that before I'd been sitting for several minutes in silence I would not have been bothered. So when she said they were out of the one thing I tried to order and was just as brisk and curt as she could be, I left. That's never been my experience here and it's upsetting.

After silence in the drive thru for several minutes at the speaker, the general manager wouldn't sell me 3 dozen donuts in 3 flavors before 6:30 am since I didn't pre-order. When politely explaining the order was for my son's 8th birthday party at his school, she didn't offer a one-time exception. And she called me Ma'am afterwards, probably on purpose. Picked up a similar order from locally owned Good Things Donuts and got better donuts with 100x better customer service!

Pleasant employees, but something is wrong. Ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar, they gave me sweet tea with cream in it. I was too far away by the time I realized & it wasn't worth the $4 to go back to get it fixed. I've tried over and over again to give them chances but I finally have given up & sticking with local coffee places.

Just went through the driveview to order 2 large sweet teas and a donut. Now mind you there's no customers inside and no one in the drive through except for me. It took her 5 min to take my order thrn proceeds to tell me she can't find the sweet tea ?. The sweet tea has dissappeared is what she says lol. Yes I left...nevermind dunkin...ill take my business else where

Me and my little brother will forever be this Dunkin’s biggest fan ???? we go atleast once or twice a week otw to his school and we love it so much and always the best service/crew they need credit !

The store is dirty, falling into disrepair, severely understaffed, and always running out of everything by 9 AM. There are multiple ceiling tiles caked in dust. They are so understaffed it appears that their staff they do have our under trained and unable to do the task at hand. They are constantly out of, or running out of most product by 9 AM. I recommend coffee at Starbucks and donuts from Good Things Donuts
