Our server was very personable and efficient. Great sense of humor!We ordered two Sunrise Sampler breakfasts. Eggs perfectly cooked to medium. Grits have good texture but need salt. Fried apples are SO delicious! Meat choices included were very tasty also. Didn't care for the hashbrown casserole personally but husband liked it.
What I enjoy about Cracker Barrel is their consistency. More often than not what you order, what you expect, and what is brought out to you is the same every time. Even when you go to different stores, the same thing. The service was good, it's always a good atmosphere, and one day i might even buy a rocking chair. We went on Mother's Day and were able to get on the wait list online, so when we showed up we only waited maybe 4 minutes before we were seated and it was crazy busy.
lazy service, brought our food, THEN SAID , hey we're out of hashbrowns , what ever u call them, so we waited after eating most of our food to receive our 2nd choice. no refills on coffee, I ask for management since I flagged down our waitresses for more coffee and then she forgot, waitresses is a nice person, but can't handle this job
Sad. Part of the meal never arrived (Hash browns) eggs should have been over medium, the were raw. The biscuits were also raw in the middle and the gravey was cold. The waitress was embarrassed. Not what you would expect from craker barrel. Bathrooms were clean. The only smiles and eye contact was from the waitress and hostess.
Wife and I had dinner at this Cracker Barrel on a Sunday in April (2022). Got seated right away which is somewhat unusual for a Cracker Barrel since they're usually very busy. The server (Holly) was pretty quick to the table for drinks and to take our order. The meal came out within a reasonable length of time. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken. It wasn't bad; however, I'm glad that I asked for a side of white gravy since there wasn't very much on the chicken and none at all on the mashed potatoes. My wife's meal was another story. She ordered the Sunday Special Pot Roast. The meal came out in a little pot of gravy instead of being served on a plate. I'd call that "a little too cute by half". The potatoes in the meal were not cooked through and were nearly raw. The meat was in what looked liked chunks, versus sliced. Besides being hard to cut because the meat was "chewy", the meat was also hard to cut because of the rounded sides of the little pot it was served in...at least the biscuits were good. Holly our server did a pretty good job and should be recognized for such. I'll probably not patronize this restaurant on my next trip through Crestview.

Not only is the food delicious, but their RV/Trailer parking availability really is a life saver! We have stopped at this location for respite a few times while traveling and we feel very safe. And a convenient warm breakfast the morning after is an added bonus!
We love coming to this Cracker Barrel! The service is good! The staff polite and informative! The establishment is very clean! I know this is a franchise restaurant. At this particular establishmen (and I stress THIS ESTABLISHMENT) as far as the franchise goes, we have not had a bad visit. Our order is always correct. Allergies always acknowledge. The food comes out much faster then you would expect considering the place is always packed! If you find yourself in Crestview this is one location I would most certainly recommend!
Always a pleasure. Food is always fabulous. Service is excellent. I've eaten at CB from Texas to Florida all across the Gulf Side and the Atlantic coast line. Love to eat and shop there.The meals are as if Grandmother cooked just for me to welcome me home. I have never had a bad meal or bad service from a CB store.? ? Love them. I will go out of my way just to eat there because it feels like home. I even stood in front of the fireplace to warm up because of the cold outside. CB feels like home to me. The prices are so awesome, the portions are filling for a hungry man or woman.I always give my waiters a big tip because I so appreciate how well they take care of me and my family. CB you are the best.
