Next time can y’all filter that oil & perhaps maybe give me popcorn shrimp that I ordered instead of butterfly shrimp. Remember guys when the test strip is past 2 yellow markers you need to actually change the oil. Not that hard, it takes a minute to activate the filtering pad, take your time when filtering in the morning and do it right :) don’t forget to filter before dinner so my family doesn’t throw up this tasteless food !
The 1st time we went & ate there, it was really good. Although I ordered the okra and got VERY FEW. And small pieces, plus you pay extra.Fish was excellent and fries okay. 2nd time not so good, take out. Checked box, fish was really small and THIN. Again very little okra for what charged. Maybe 10 . Took to counter to show and after complaining they finally gave 2 pieces more. ?? 3rd try??
Brenda was working up front, alone, for lunch today. Almost full dining room, a couple cars at drivethru. She had it all under control. I never saw her rush a customer. She never acted like she felt over worked. She did her job without complaint. No customer complaints either. I think everyone observed how hard she was working. Thank you Brenda!
We are from out of state. We came and bought a piece of furniture from an individual in Crestview, Fl. So we stopped for a late lunch. I have a 3 year that LOVES Captain Ds food. The manager was conducting an interview with a female who was really begging for the job. But it's like she didn't care. Miss Brenda took our order and was really nice to us and so was the young lady that fixed our food. The manager that you have at this location needs to be replaced ASAP. She treats and employees and customers like that is her business ! We were getting ready to clean up and leave as the manager was on the phone with her son telling him to come to the restaurant and wash the dishes ! Also I was trying to throw my trash away as we were leaving , she looks at me and says where's the garbage can? I Do Not work for this company ! Thank God ! Plus as I was waiting on our food, she walks across the restaurant and opens my food and leaves it on a table. Im sure you can pull the video on this. We Will Not Come Back !
Sat at drive thru menu for 10 min. Sat at window for another 15 minutes. Employee finally asked if we had ordered. I told her yes, about 15 minutes ago. She berated me and said she's been working front and back and she's doing the best she can. I just wanted a couple pieces of fish....
40 minutes in the drive through. Food was cold and unappetizing. Understaffed. Fish was swimming in green bean juice.
It was pretty good for fast food seafood. I had the butterfly shrimp, fries and coleslaw, everything was delicious. The jalapenos poppers were great. My daughter had the chicken tenders, it would have been nice if there was barbecue sauce. The drink options were great. I had never been here before but I'm glad I tried it.
I bought dinner for the family. Haven't been here in a long time because it has never really been one of my favorite places in Crestview, but tonight was better food than the last visit. I was impressed with the quality of the food since there seemed to be limited workers. The drive thru worker seemed very stressed and she seemed to be the only person taking care of the dining room customers as well as the drive thru.
Only seafood place I know that does not have any tarter sauce in the entire store. Not one bit. Like wow so dry fish sandwiches coming right up!
Food is nasty, cold, frozen! stewby's that's is in crestview is alot better fresh seafood goodbye Captain Ds hopefully?
