The worst service I have received in a long time. My Order was placed online at 6:20pm with delivery for 6:50pm. First phone call to restaurant was at 7:05pm and I was informed it had just left and was on the way. Second call to the restaurant was at 7:35pm and I was informed the online system was not working and they would make my food and have it delivered immediately. Next call was at 8:00pm and I was told my food was on the way. At this point it was 1 hour and 40 minutes from the time I placed the order and the rude woman on the phone had a problem with me asking for my food to be discounted. I understand it’s busy, but they flat out lied about my order being out for delivery when they didn’t even have it. So instead of discounting my food, she cancelled my order. Bad business. Horrible customer service.
This place has the best food around I love everything I've ever ordered from them great job with delivery services also always on time and always polite the drivers are great thank you guys I always get with you when I am home and lazy to cook?
Not only do they keep items on the menu they don’t have they also are incapable of correctly taking a phone number down so they can call you and figure that out. After waiting 90 minutes for an order on Christmas Day I called and they told me to wait longer without even realizing they couldn’t make my order. Wongs just can’t get it right.
Great service. Amazing food. Ask for it well done I believe it makes a difference. I got orange chicken and honey chicken.

Hubby and I wanted a nice meal with our movie in bed date and Wongs truly delivered. The food was delicious and fresh. We got honey garlic chicken, general TSO chicken, beef lo mein and pork fried rice. We're so happy with the food. We'll definitely be ordering again soon ☺️
