Closed 10 minutes earlier than time posted. Now I don't have food.
I was waiting in the drive through for about 15 minutes and even longer to get my food. I understand how busy fast food workers can be but that was the first and last time I'm waiting at the drive through for 15 minutes. If this location takes this long to serve the customers, they probably need help in there and they should hire more reliable individuals if that's the case or the managers need to get on their employees and talk to them about their sense of urgency when it's busy at the store.
Horrible customer serviceOnly person in there n they still couldn't be bothered horrible management n manager.. . Rhats were it starts manager bad attitude follows suit....Y be bothered u obviously unhappyDon't work in customer service then ....Suppose to at l east put a fake smile make that dead restaurant just that deadPOOR Manager ....I just don't give out bad reviews this one is well deserved......Multiple occasions Wiles is only a miles further ..... don't mind extra 5 min drive to get what I want thats why it's called choices .... Showed up and I simply wanted to know the hours of operations when they announced they were closed. I wanted to know if I shouldn’t follow Google if it’s wrong. The manager had an accent…he was extremely rude and yelled at workers when a young woman tried to tell me and even her just kept yelling “we’re closed” at one point. . I accepted they were closed, I was just asking what are the hours of operations. There was no need to treat me like that. That was so unnecessary.
Has their dining room closed not for covid, but for lazy and or a lack of competent workers.
Have had issues here b4 but they have improved alot on recent visits.
The food cold, chicken nuggets not cooked properly. Never go back ever
This time the person in the window was polite ... unlike in past. Bacon egg 'n Cheese breakfast Biscuit was good.
Worst Service Ever! Very bad experience. Manager and worker in the window with nasty attitude, telling myself she can’t do refund on cookies because they out of the item on the menu.
Rude customer service and The oil was old. The fries and nuggets didn't taste fresh. This location is NOT very good. My kids wouldn't even eat it.
