2 stars because for the most part the food is quite good. But I’d give NO STARS for customer service and delivery. “Driver picked up your food 45 mins. ago so it should be there soon” after waiting an hour and a half. Waited another 30-40 mins. and food was still not there. Called and was told they would call the driver, but apparently, if they were telling the truth, the driver could not be reached. Offered half price to re-do the order and deliver!!!Prior to that, after waiting close to 2 hours and still no food, I cancelled the order only to find the food on my doorstep the next afternoon!! Delivery person never rang the doorbell and nobody called to tell me it was there after I had cancelled my order!Food is tasty but always cold. After many botched orders and owners/operators lack of concern for their customers, I strongly suggest pizza and Italian food lovers search for a more satisfying option. Vito’s just doesn’t cut it!
My first time eating here was 2022, though they have been around for a while. Definitely a staple. Was I living under a rock? ? Pricey for pizza (compared to Papa John's, etc), but the taste is definitely worth it.Anyway, I ordered 2 chicken salads with Creamy Italian dressing (which is Really tasty, by the way). After my 2nd delivery (and 1 pick up) of incorrect dressing, I know better to go and pick up my food.Food was received (and bag tied up). I gladly untied it and double-checked the contents. Call me picky, but the dressing is what makes the salad, so I would hate NOT to get what I ordered. [Same applies when you order and get the wrong pizza ?. Don't judge me!]Behold, a container full of Balsamic Vinaigrette! What?!?? -_-I don't want to single anyone out because they do work hard late at night, especially being the only pizza shop open in Coral Springs after midnight (2 AM on weekends). However, I see some familiar faces and hear familiar voices when receiving my incorrect order. I'm just saying..Keep up the great work guys! You'll earn my last star ⭐ if I can confidently order delivery and get what I paid for.
Great pizza. Closest that I have found so far to good pizza from up north NY, MA, CT. This is my go to pizza spot. I like the day shift better had a few hiccups with night staff when ordering food. However, I like that when they are made aware they are open and receptive to the feedback and continue to remain professional stromboli are amazing. This is my spot. They are all hard workers as well
Terrible service. Was treated with attitude when asking questions. Cashier helped another person out right and fully while I was in the middle of my order, with no apologies or care. Told me there is a special on pizza by the slice but after I ordered then said the special is only on the current slices sitting on the counter. If it wasn’t for how hungry I was, I would have walked out because she was that rude with everything that came out of her mouth and she said she was the manager. Extremely disappointed. Never returning.
Amazing pizza and service. We had a large pie half cheese half garbage (funny name I know) and it was delicious! My mother in law is from Brooklyn and she is very particular about pizza & she approves! Grazie mille!! Definitely be back.Owner and staff very friendly too!
Ordered delivery and my Stromboli was very burnt. I called and all they could do was make it again. I didn’t have time to order again and wait for over an hour for delivery so I ate some of the filling. Very disappointed. I won’t be ordering delivery again.
We order from Vitos atleast twice a week and the food is always delicious. Recently we ordered a couple of pizzas and one of them was wrong. So I called them and with no questions asked they made a new one and the owner delivered it.. that right there says alot about this business.. Mistakes happen and people are always so quick to put a bad review. Don't pass this place up because of a couple of disgruntled humans, it's one of the few authentic places in town.
The first time that I tried Vito's was back in 2011. Their chicken salad and vinaigrette dressing is out of this world. One of the best salads I've had in my life. The garlic knots there were also amazing! I would eat here regularly as a patron until I moved to Boston in 2015.I recently returned today on New Year's in 2022 and can say I'm relieved that it is still under the same ownership and that they still serve their dishes with great, fresh and delicious ingredients! We ordered the Parizzi Pizza and Chicken and Broccoli Pizza and it was served perfectly with fresh toppings.We look forward to coming back to eat here and supporting this place.
Second time straight of bad experiences. Ordered about two weeks ago. Forgot our order. Made good upon phone call. Today, order was an hour late and pizza was cold. Hate to give bad review, but I see a negative trend here.
communication problem. just ordered . woman cannot hear us. sounds as though she is having a ruff day. 1 star. for letting your ruff day being taken out on your customers. let's see if the order is what they claim to be. if this customer service relates to a 5 star order including my crushed pepper... Parmigiano.. plates napkins... etc.. 6 dollar two liter..3 dollar toppings..times 3..... napkins.... yada.. yada.yada.soup national. hmmmm this is part 1. of review...h.mmmmm.
