The employee at the cash register should never stand there with both hands I. His pockets. The optics from a risk management perspective are horrible. Lack of training from store management
Worst experience ever at a taco bell. First going through the drive through they decided to just randomly close it only allowing certain cars to complete the orders and you had to go inside... go inside to order and they give my food to someone else. Then take it back put the food into another bag and hand it off to another person. After that person complained that wasn't their food either they finally realized it was my food all along and they tried to just pass the bag over to me after not only one but two different random people dug through the food. Then I told them I wanted fresh food and not that one they made me wait 30 minutes for the manager to finally walk up as she complained about having to come up and do her job she then tells me they are giving me a refund and never even tried to replace the food.Hands down worst tacobell in the area. Horrible customer service from all the employees on the night shift and they are hands down disgusting. Board of health will love this place
So I went to pick up food from this location at 10:07pm. The service was terrible. For starters the young lady at the window was a tad bit rude. Had to ask for napkins and ask for a receipt to which she rolled her eyes. I ordered a toasted cheddar Chalupa with no sour cream. Once I reached home I realized I received a toasted cheddar Chalupa with lots of sour cream. Completely disappointed! I will never visit this location again.
Showed up at 12:35 excited about late night tacos and sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before pulling around to the window just to find out they closed an hour early on a Saturday night. Dissappointing.
Food was OK, trouble is with window help ask for sauces for 2 taco orders (now I check before I leave window ) get the stink eye for checking the little baggies and am told I am hurting their timing? Sauces way short need another 4 and i am on my way. Stuff is no good with out something to kill the taste.
After damn near finishing my food I seen a hair in my plate. Is it that hard to put your hair back or wear a hair net !!!!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location always has an issue, specially at night time. The order is always missing something per my past experience with them, which is now going on 3 years. Today they didn’t hear my order correctly and did not want to correct it at the window, because they are more concern about the timing a vehicle has on the window than customer satisfaction. They refused to give me my order and provide customer service phone number for a complaint. If this is how they treat the customer I can imagine the food. Never again! They need a whole new responsible staff at this location, the one they have here don’t have one care.
Manager Jessica is an embicile, who don't understand the customer is always right. I had bought from this Taco Bell ( first time at this location) I order a meal for me, my wife and daughter ( first mistake). I paid with cash (second mistake). According to Manager Jessica the fact I didn't remember the time I placed my order and didn't remember my order ( I guess that's my third mistake). I didn't get my order of Crunch wrap and Doritos Tacos. Didn't realize until I got home. Came back to the store about 30-40 minutes (could be longer) to let them know I didn't get my food (I usually never do this). Upon arriving at the drive thru Manager Jessica corrected me that I drove off without getting my order and ask me to come inside ( I got excited about to get my order.)Went inside just to be told by Manager Jessica she didn't see any order from 30-40 minutes ago of any crunwrap and that she can not keep giving out free food . SMH I would not waste my time if I didn't feel like I paid for my order just horrible Manager Jessica.
The service was fast, and it was very late when I arrived. But they still had a good selection of menu items to choose from. The food was delicious..... thanks Taco Bell for being open late !
The crunchy wrap was burnt on the outside. It wasn't very tasteful. I watched as one person would get served then 5 minutes later another one would get their order. They weren't very organized to handle multiple customers.
